August 11: Though they are still pretty upset at not going on the summer tour they are putting it behind them and getting focused on the future. Brian has just started graduate school, so understandably things will slow down just a little for the band. However I was told that one song is ready for the follow up to Oracle Moon, though recording is a ways off.
The band is again looking for a bassist before they can play anymore shows. Look for www.gardenofshadows.com in the future. The guy that did their last official site (which was deleted by tripod.com) is going to be doing this one.

June 20: Just found out that Garden of Shadows will not be on the upcoming tour of the US with Vader. The official site had this to say
"We were originally scheduled to be a part of the Summertime Slaughter tour with Vader. The Wicked World site listed us as being on the tour and several clubs still have us listed as well. We were told that we were confirmed as being on the tour, but shortly afterwards we discovered that the organizers had kicked us off the tour without even telling us. We would like to apologize to everyone who was hoping to see us on tour this summer. It is a disappointment for all of us."

May 23: It was anounced today that Garden of Shadows will be supporting the legendary Vader on their upcoming US tour!

March 22: New shirt designs have been made! The shirt features the cover for Oracle Moon. The original Heart of the Corona shirts are sold out. See their official site for more info on how to order merchandise.

March 21: If you are lucky enough to live in Springfield Virginia you can catch the amazing lineup of Opeth, Amorphis, and Garden of Shadows at a place called Jaxx on April 10.

December 7: Garden of Shadows will be featured in the next issue of Lamentations of the Flame Princess. This is my personal favorite 'zine because Jim Raggi asks some of the most off the wall questions of any interviewer I've read. Speaking of Lamentations; Garden of Shadows were #10 in Mr. Raggi's top 20 cds of 2000 list.

August 20: August 28 will see the release of Oracle Moon . I know I've given many different release dates but Wicked World
has it on their site.

June 11 '00: Oracle Moon is finally recorded! Brian says that there were many delays in the recording process, but I'm sure that the new songs will more than make up for the delay. All that is left to do is the artwork, so at the earliest expect a August/September release date. Garden of Shadows will have a 4 date tour with Mayhem, and Hate Eterenal!

March 15 '00: The album release date has been moved back until May 8. No word yet on a possible US release date.

February 9th '00: Oracle Moon is set to come out on March 4th in Europe only. No US release date is set as of yet.

September 5th '99: Garden is currently preparing to record their next masterpiece entitled Oracle Moon some song titles include "Continuum" the title track, "Citadel of Dreams", "Dissolution of the Forms" and "Twilight Odyssey."
