"THE" Personality Supreme can be a headshot or portfolio & does not have to be professional.  There are no age groups & boys and girls will be judged together.  Judging for "THE" Supreme will be: Facial Beauty Overall Appearance Overall Photogenic Appeal Judging for "THE" Personality Supreme will be: 100% Personality Appeal Pictures will not be judged on clarity.   Deadline is midnight the last day of each month. Photos are accepted in .jpg format only and can be emailed to boutiquelover@hotmail.com Winners will be announced no later than the 5th of each month. All judged decisions are final. "THE" Supreme & "THE" Personality Supreme may re-enter with a different photo.
