This woman has a greenish cast to her skin, and her hair looks like a mass of tentacles. She wears a ripped black suit, and large wing-like appendages protrude from her back.

Description
After faithfully serving the Sons of Korhal for years, Kerrigan was abandoned by the power-mad Mengsk, and left for dead upon the Zerg-infested world of Tarsonis. The Zerg Overmind, sensing tremendous psychic potential and an indomitable will within Kerrigan, decided to incorporate her into the Swarm. Kerrigan's genes were spliced with those of the Zerg, transforming her into the terrible 'Queen of Blades'. Kerrigan's latent psychic powers manifested themselves rapidly, allowing her to lead the Zerg to countless victories over their enemies.
After the Overmind was destroyed by the Protoss hero, Tassadar, on the planet Aiur, Kerrigan began to bend the scattered Zerg Broods to her will. Upon manipulating the dark templar into defeating the Renegade Cerebrates led by Daggoth (who had begun to transform into a new Overmind), Kerrigan gained mastery over the entirety of the Zerg Swarm.

Combat
Kerrigan's claws make her a formidable melee warrior, but she also employs her psionic powers whenever possible - espically greater psionic invisibility and psionic storm.
Consume (Ex): Kerrigan may feed on the energy of her minions to replenish her own powers. As a full-round action that provokes an attack of oppurtunity, Kerrigan can consume the energy of an adjacent Zerg unit. The consumed Zerg is instantly slain (with no save; as it is under Kerrigan's complete control, the creature is considered willing). Kerrigan regains a number of power points equal to the last current number of hit points the targetted Zerg unit had. She cannot exceed her normal maximum limit of power points in this way.
Claws: Kerrigan has a pair of wing-like appendages on her back, each ending in three sharp claws. Kerrigan may add double her Strength modifier to her damage rolls with her claws. They are treated as +3 weapons and considered to be adamantine for the purposes of overcoming damage reduction.
Evasion (Ex): Kerrigan can avoid even psionic and unusual attacks with great agility. If she makes a successful Reflex saving throw against an attack that normally deals half damage on a successful save, she instead takes no damage. Evasion can be used only if Kerrigan is wearing light armor or no armor. She does not gain the benefit of evasion while helpless.
Improved Uncanny Dodge (Ex): Kerrigan can react to danger before her senses would normally allow her to do so. She retains her Dexterity bonus to AC even if she is caught flat-footed or struck by an invisible attacker. However, she still loses her Dexterity bonus to AC if immobilized.
Kerrigan cannot be flanked, and another ghost cannot make a sharpshooter attack against her unless he has at least 10 ghost levels.
Psionics: Power Points/Day: 279, Maximum Power Level: 7th. Save DC 15 + power level. *New powers.
Powers Known (25): 1st - conceal thoughts, empathy, mindlink, mind thrust, psionic charm; 2nd - brain lock, psionic suggestion, read thoughts, recall agony; 3rd - crisis of breath, ensnare*, false sensory imput, telekinetic force; 4th - correspond, psionic dominate, psionic greater invisibility*, psionic modify memory; 5th - mind probe, power resistance, psionic storm*, psychic crush; 6th - aura alteration, co-opt concentration, mass cloud mind; 7th - psionic moment of prescience.
Telomeric DNA: Kerrigan's DNA has been altered with telomeric additions. She no longer physically ages and she will not die of old age.
