Crossover on the Ground

Visual C++. This worked almost perfectly and compilation/linking, the IDE and the AppWizards work.

Windows Media, skinless.

Metapad, my favorite editor. I wonder where those menus went.

IE. Just about perfect.

Word 2002.

VB for Windows 1.0. Why anyone would want to use this, I dont know, but it works.

An old version of Borland's Database Desktop.

Im not running Windows, you insensitive clod...

Other weird stuff:
1. Borland C++ Builder 1.0 installed and began to run and displayed the IDE, but then locked up with the IDE windows flashing (?)
2. MS Works Task Launcher ran, but fried when starting a new task. Also, the Works apps ran, but there were odd display problems.
3. Mozilla 1.6 ran perfectly.
4. Dreamweaver 4 Trial displayed the try-or-buy screen, but when "try" was clicked silently died. Same for Paint Shop Pro 7.
