Summary:
Antonella is an unemployed actress, who acts as a clown called Plinplin
in birthday parties. Antonella lives with Don Carlo, who was a friend of
her father, and adopted her after her father died (Her mother died of
cancer when Antonella was 8 years old), and Lorenzo, Carlo’s son.
Antonella’s sister, Natalia, is a secretary and she is in love with her
boss. She lives in his rented apartment, and she wants to get married
with him, but he does not. Natalia tries to suicide a few times and she
writes many suicide letters.
One day she meets Nicolas, a rich man, who invites her to dinner.
Antonella starts falling in love with Nicolas.
One time, when Antonella was at “her sister’s” apartment, Nicolas came
in and Natalia presented him to antonella as “my boss, Nicolas Curnejo
Mejia”. Antonella understands that the man she had fell in love with is
her sister’s lover and she slaps him.
Nicolas is the manager of the company that belongs to his grandmother,
Lucrecia. He is her favorite grandchild, so he runs the company and his
cousin Gaston is always humiliated by Lucrecia, so he is jealous in
Nicolas and he hates him.
Lucrecia and Nicolas bribe a couple of politicians in order to win a
bidding.
All the information about this crime is kept in a plastic bag. Nicolas
is afraid that Gaston would want to steal the bag in order to give it to
the police or blackmail him, so he gives the bag to Natalia, who gives
it to Antonella, because she is afraid.
Gaston hires two men to follow Natalia and steal the bag, but they
accidentally drop her from the balcony and she dies! The two men leave a
suicide letter, one of the letters she had written, so everyone would
think she committed suicide.
Antonella is convinced that Nicolas killed her sister. She blackmails
Nicolas and Lucrecia and she comes to live in their big house as
Lucrecia’s secretary, in order to revenge her sister’s death...
When she discovers that Nicolas is not the murderer, she falls in love
with him and he falls in love with her. Lucrecia wants Nicolas to marry
Miranda, the doughter of a close friend of Lucrecia, and Antonella has
to fight now for her love to Nicolas...
