TRACE TO DO SECOND COMIC
Thanks to one of our many news watchers (thanks Bob!) we have some new Trace Beaulieu news!

We've spoken today with Laurie Bradach, who worked with Trace at Event Comics when he created "Here Come The Big People." She says she has now left Event and begun her own company, 137 Inc. One of the first projects for her company will be a new comic from Trace, to be called "Middleton USA."

Ms. Bradach says the story will be "sequel-ish, leading naturally from 'Big People' and revealing entirely new worlds. It will be crazier than 'Big People!'" she added with a laugh. She says she estimates it will be published early in 1999.

She also confirmed reports that she is in discussion with Frank Conniff on a project, but she wasn't ready to give any details.

MST3EPISODE 913: THE ONCE AND FUTURE BOT FODDER
BBI has announced the name of the movie that will be featured in episode 913, and it’s deja vu all over again. After first announcing that the movie would be done in episode 905, then changing their minds, BBI has finally cleared the rights to....

QUEST OF THE DELTA KNIGHTS (1993)
Directed by James Dodson.
Starring David Warner, Corbin Allred, Olivia Hussey and Sarah Douglas.

As we told you before...

The Internet Movie Database says:
In 15th-century Europe...A young boy named Tee [becomes the apprentice to] Raydoor, who...reveals himself as one of the Delta Knights, a secret order dedicated to helping humanity. Trained by Raydoor, Tee also becomes a Delta Knight and joins forces with a ne'er-do-well painter named Leonardo (from the small town of Da Vinci), and a tavern girl, Thena. Pursued by Lord Vultare, minion of the wicked Mannerjay, they set out on a quest to find the lost treasures of Archimedes.

The All Movie Guide says:
David Warner and Olivia Hussey, both of whom look great in period garb, head the cast...A wicked queen and king rule with an iron hand. Only a dedicated group of swashbucklers known as the Delta Knights can rescue the peasantry from the evil monarches. The knights must rely upon a secret storehouse, containing advanced technology from the lost city of Atlantis. For those who like to see ancient legends mixed and matched, Quest of the Delta Knights is a good bet.
