| Willow Rosenburg, like all the characters, has changed a lot over the years siince she started, right at the beginning. Her change is one of the more drastic ones. Willow has come a long way since the shy computer-nerd of the Slayerettes in the first season. She decided to attend UC Sunnydale after Sunnydale High to continue helping Buffy with her anti-vamp crusade, and studied Wicca since about season 2. Her first significant love was Oz, the werewolf lead guitarist of Dingoes Ate My Baby, and she did the groupie thing for a while. Oz adored Willow, and we all thought Willow adored Oz too. That is, until he disappeared, leaving her heartbroken--until she found Tara, a fellow witch. Willow's powers have grown considerably since Season 2, and together she and Tara are fairly unstoppable. Willow fell for Tara, and when Oz came back she chose tara over him. They're still going strong. Willow is a lot less shy than she used to be, but she's still the sweetest member of the group, and one of the longest staying ones despite her tumultuous life since meeting Buffy. She and Tara even have a kitten. |
