Mark A. David

Mark David is the silly cutie from Roundhouse. I mean silly, because of all his acting ability to do all those character voices and his facial expressions, that always made me crack up while watching Roundhouse. Mark is also the one who during the opening credits -well it starts with the credits, then works into the studio for the show- on Roundhouse, who always made the triangular house hand gesture.

On Roundhouse Mark played all the charcters from Ed McMayonnaise to Barney Fife to Cowardly Liar to the "Raphael" part of Sally Jesse Raphael parody character to the "Boy" Anykind. He also got to show off his incredible singing ability, while singing a few solos to duets to song bumpers on Roundhouse. Everyone got to see him "Get down" during the closing Dance Number & some of the dance bumpers through the years.

He also appeared in Newsies, where his incredible dancing & singing abilities were also displayed. He appeared in Janet Jackson's "Alright", & I think I even spotted him in Encino Man , Getting down. Even though he wasn't one of the main Dancers from Roundhouse, when you watch Mark you can see that he really loves to Dance.

As far as I know everyone on the Roundhouse cast got along great, but Ivan and Mark were like best Buds. When the show ended I imagine it was hard for the "family" to break up, Ivan even stated once that "Mark David is like my brother in Real Life."
