Carmine "The Big Ragoo" Ragusa
Carmine is the dancer of the gang. Carmine, nicknamed "The Big Ragoo", grew up in Milwaukee. He grew up a dancer and a singer. He started out as a boxer but turned to his love of dancing when he decided to open a dance studio. Carmine's other love was Shirley, whom he dated on and off for several years. His other pals included Laverne, and even Lenny & Squiggy. He was always considered the son that Frank (Laverne's father) never had. When girlfriend Shirley moved to California, along with Laverne, Carmine eventually followed. He became a singing telegram deliverer and almost married Shirley. He followed his dream of stardom when he moved to New York and landed a part the Broadway musical, "Hair" in 1967.
