Resumen / Summary:
CELESTE (Antrea Del Boca) is a poor girl living with her mother LUSIA. Lusia has cancer, and
although she tries to hide it from Celeste, Celeste discovers it! Celeste
works in a plant nursery, and one day, while transfering plants, she met
FRANCO (Gustavo Bermudez), whose car got stuck and he needed help. She helps him and he invites
her to coffee. As they talk Franco tells Celeste the legend about the sun
and moon (In Spanish SOL Y LUNA): St. Franciscus once gave all he had to
?Brothers sun and Sisters moon?, he thought that names have no importance
and therefore he called the men SOL and the women LUNA. After telling her
the legend, Franco asks her what?s her name and she answers: LUNA. Without
knowing each other?s names, they set to meet in the same place tomorrow.
Meanwhile Lusia gets worse and she?s dying... Franco and Celeste continue to
meat and they plant a tree together. They swear that as long as it lives,
they will love each other. They set to meat the next day and tell their
names... In that same night Lusia dies in Celeste?s arms.. While Celeste was
mourning in her house, Franco thought Celeste played a joke on him and he
pulled the tree out... AIDA, Lusia?s best friend offers Celeste to move and
live with her in order to leave the house, which was so full of memories.
With a small number of personal things, Celeste comes into the castle of the
VISCONTI family (Actually it?s FERRERO, but all the family?s fortune comes
from the mistress side) The mistress, TERESA, who needed a new maid, thought
that Aida brought her a new maid and she sends Celeste to wear uniforms. She
was so manipulative, that neither Celeste, nor Aida could tell her she was
wrong... Celeste became the maid then, and almost everyone dislike her.
Teresa, is a very cold woman and she treats her badly, ENZO, Teresa?s son,
is ?attracted? to Celeste and he tries to rape her many times. RITA, the
doughter likes Celeste and they become friends. SELICA, the matron is
practically a witch and she also treats her badly. Only with Teresa?s
husband (who is also Aida?s brother) Celeste was able to create a kind
relationship and they lke each other. Then comes the last member of the
family. After a few days the twin brother of Enzo comes back home and
Celeste finds out he?s no other than--- Franco... At first they are both
angry at each other, but then they recocilliate and they fall in love with
each other. BUT, not one of them knows the secret that Lusia has kept all
her life: Leandro was Celeste?s father...
CELESTE (Andrea Del Boca) es una chica pobre, que vive con su madre Lucia.
Lucia, tiene cáncer e intenta ocultarselo a su hija, pero ésta lo descubre.
Celeste trabaja en un semillero de plantas . Un día tiene que ir con la camioneta a repartir unos árboles y en el camino se tropieza con FRANCO (Gustavo Bermudez),Franco que tiene el coche averiado, se ofrece a llevarlo en su camioneta y él acepta, siempre y cuando, ella acepte a tomar un café con él .Se van a tomar el café y Franco empieza a hablarle a Celeste, de el Sol y la Luna , de S Francisco ...y luego él le pregunta a ella su nombre, ella en broma, le dice que se llama Luna.y deciden encontrarse en el mismo sitio , al dia siguiente.
Se siguen viendo e incluso llegan a plantar un árbol juntos, prometiendose amor y prometen tambien, que al dia siguiente, cuando se vuelvan a ver, se diran sus verdaderos nombres.
Pero Lucia muere esa misma noche y Celeste no acude a la cita. , entonces Franco creyendo que Celeste se habia burlado de él , rompe el árbol y de paso , su promesa
AIDA,la mejor amiga de Lucia, le promete a ésta en el lecho de muerte, que cuidará a su hija., por lo que al morir Lucia, se lleva a Celeste a vivir con ella.
Aida vive con su hermano, su cuñada Teresa y los hijos de éstos ( sus sobrinos )
Al llegar a la casa, su cuñada Teresa ,confunde a Celeste con la nueva mucama, piensa que Aida se la trae. Aida pretende decirle a Teresa que se equivoca, que Celeste es la hija de su amiga Lucia, pero no la deja hablar y le dice a Celeste que se ponga el uniforme de mucama.
Celeste, aunque trabaja como una buena mucama, a casí nadie de la casa le cae bien.
Teresa es muy fina y la trata muy mal. Enzo, uno de sus hijos, va detrás de Celeste y la intenta violar varias veces .Rita , es otra de los hijos de Teresa , pero ésta si se hace amiga de Celeste .Selica, el ama de llaves, es una arpia, que anda siempre con brujerias y tambien trata muy mal a Celeste. Solo el marido de Teresa, Leandro ( el hermano de Aida ) se lleva bien con ella y ademas se aprecian el uno al otro.El último miembro de la familia , es el hermano gemelo de Enzo, que regresa a casa después de un viaje , al poco de empezar Celeste a trabajar en la casa de mucama.Para sorpresa de Celeste ese hijo es...... Franco
Al principio estan enojados, pero después se reconcilian y vuelven a estar enamorados.
Lo que nadie sabe, es el secreto que Lucia estuvo guardando toda su vida....LEANDRO es el padre de CELESTE.
