Episode Twelve: "It's Cold Out There" (SEASON FINALE) Frirst Aired: May 18th, 1999 The gritty drama ends its first season on a suspenseful note when city councillor Katherine Strachan goes missing, and the two men in her life - husband Jack and one-time lover Father Shane - struggle to find her ... faced with the consequences of lying about Strachan's paternity and unable to accept her impending divorce, a distraught Katharine leaves town and heads for her family's cottage.
