Knight Rider-A shadowy flight into the dangerous world
of a man who does not exist. Michael Knight-A young
loner on a crusade to champion the cause of the innocent,
the helpless, the powerless, in a world of criminals who
operate above the law.
Knight Rider was one of my favorite shows from my childhood along with The Dukes
of Hazzard, A-Team, and Fall Guy. It stared the cool David Hasselhoff and had fast cars including
the ultra-cool high-tech KITT a 1982 Pontiac Trans-Am, great stunts and chases and of coarse
beautiful women. What more could viewers want? Knight Rider aired on NBC from September 26, 1982 to
August 8, 1986. It originally aired on at friday at 9:00pm. It was moved to Sunday for its
second and third seasons and was moved back to friday night in 1985. In 1991 David Hasselhoff
returned to drive the Knight 4000 which was a prototype for the 90s version of the Firebird in
"Knight Rider 2000" a made for TV Movie. The series was featured on the USA network and was
pulled much to my dislike.
