each subsequent purchase ships for just an additional dollar!

We ship all packages via US Postal Service Priority Two day.
During peak seasons like Christmas and getting close to tax deadlines
the mail will travel at a slower pace.

Express overnight delivery is $15.75 for 2 pounds and under in the United States only.

We have shipped successfully all over the world
and have developed a loyal overseas clientele!
Boxes that we describe as “Original Box” are the small slip sleeve boxes and ship to Canada for either just above or just below the same US$3.20 we ask for US shipping...so we ask the same amount....the same box ships to the UK for either just above or just below US$5.00 so we just ask the US$5.00 for shipping those boxes to the UK. The larger “Clamshell” or “Hard Plastic Cases” ship to Canada for just above or below US$4.10. Multiple video packages and packages to all other international destinations are weighed on an individual basis and the exact amount e-mailed to you....please e-mail us if you live in one of these areas and have won one of our auctions...the quicker we get the packaged weighed...the quicker it gets to you!

No matter where you are in the world...here are some tips for getting your package delivered as quickly as possible

Include complete information with your letter...if we have the ebay item number, the end of auction date, the final sale price and a clearly written address the video will go out immediately! Print out and include a copy of the winning notice you received form us if you can...it has all the information we need on it. If a letter arrives without any information in it and it is not easily identifiable, we have no choice but to send back the letter and request the information. This will add at least 4 days to the overall shipping time.
Use the postal zip code+4 when both addressing your letter to us and when providing your shipping information...this makes packages move at a quicker rate through the postal system!
Include a mailing label. If you use return address labels...toss a few extras in the envelop . This really speeds things along and cuts down on addressing errors! Even if you don’t have pre printed labels if you type or clearly print your shipping information it can be used as a label and will also help get your package back to you faster!
Get the letter in the mail right away!!! Your winning letter will be in your e-mail box by 12:00 noon the day after the auction ending at the very latest...many times even the night of the auction ending! One of the easiest way to ensure a fast delivery is to send off the letter early Monday morning.
Contacting us via e-mail. Our e-mail address is mission@iwaynet.net Please include an ebay item number and movie title in the subject line and leave all past e-mail attached at the bottom. This will help us reply to you immediately. Contacting us on Wednesday and Thursday may be difficult. These are prepping and posting days for us and getting to e-mail is sometimes difficult. We welcome your e-mail but if you can avoid these days it would be helpful and would speed our reply to you!
Contacting us via snail mail. We operate out of a building that is difficult to deliver to. Please if at all possible use the US Postal Service...It really is the fastest and cheapest way to get a letter to us! FEDEX, DHL or any of the others will actually slow down contact as they will have trouble gaining access to the building and may take another full day or more to deliver to deliver! We recently had a letter arrive from Hong Kong in two days and it took another three to get it to our door from the DHL Office!! If an alternative service must be used UPS is by far the best choice by far!!!
PLEASE do not send registered letters!..Believe it or not we have an extremely hard time getting down to the Post Office to pick those up...they slow down getting the package out by a minimum of two days and usually longer!!
We do not ship return receipt, insured or registered...if you desire such a service we'd be happy to do it for you...please send the appropriate additional funds along with the forms from the Post Office filled in with your address. We’ve found the US Postal Service extremely reliable...we’ve shipped well over 2000 packages with exactly one mishap which was our fault and we covered the loss. We figure we’ve saved our customers an annual combined average of almost $9,000.00 by resisting needless insurance charges not to mention untold hours filling out forms that can be better spent getting your packages in your hands quicker...that’s what it’s all about!!!
