The Priscilla Chan Internet Fan Club(PCIFC) was established to allow fans to quickly and easily receive the latest news on Priscilla Chan, and to establish an active chat rooom for the fans around the world to give their opinions, have discussion and participate in various votings to support the superstar. Because we operate through the internet, members in the club receive exclusive latest news almost imediately after it is known.
The membership in the club is absolutely FREE of any membership fees or conditions, and operates through internet e-mail mailiing list. Every member who wishes to give their opinions about anything on Priscilla or wants to know something about Priscilla Chan can email questions to the club. And everyone who's able to answer them can do so, too. The club is the only place of its kind for all Priscilla Chan fans and admirers.
How to Join-- there're 2 options: Full Membership and News-only
1. Full Membership:
When you subscribe to full membership, you'll receive e-mails every 1 or 2 days, containing all the relevant PC news as well as discussions with other fans. Participation in the discussions is welcome by all. You will also receive a monthly newsletter on PC, which focuses on news, club events, etc.

2. News-only:
For those of you who only wish the latest news sent to you, without any opininated discussion, this option has been made available. Only news concerning album releases, newspaper/magazine articles, appeaarances, concert information, and other important matters, will be sent to you. Usually this list averages less than 1 mailing per week, which will save you a lot of time from reading all those news in one e-mail. However, full membership subscription is always recommended for high and full quality service.
