It was a case of obsessive love gone haywire when, in a crazed attempt to avenge his honor, Stavros Cassadine nearly raped Laura at knife point in front of a tied-up Luke. In the nick of time, Luke broke free and knocked out Cassadine with the top of the bedpost.
