Mr.Burns is caught dumping toxic waste in the park. He pays a fine of 3 million dollars to society! The town is deciding what to spend it on. Lyle Lanley suggests to build a monorail and everyone agrees except Marge. Homer attends Conductor school and is chosen to drive the Monorail. Marge finds out that Lyne Lanley is only trying to get money and wants to kill the residents. The monorail does not have any brakes and Homer cannot stop the monorail. Finally, Homer takes the M of the Monorail and anchors it to a donut. The monorail stopped.
