Biography
Ludwig Von Drake is Donald Duck's eccentric uncle. His first appearence was hosting the first episode of the television show Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color on September 24, 1961. He went on to host 18 more episodes of Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color. His sole film appearence was in the featurette A Symposium on Popular Songs. After his days at the Wonderful World of Disney, he made appearences in TV specials like DTV Valentine and in TV shows like Ducktales, Raw Toonage, Bonkers, and Quack Pack. His voice was Paul Frees, who is probably better known for his role as Boris Badenov in the Bullwinkle cartoons, and a host of other voices. After Frees died in 1986, Corey Burton took over the role of Ludwig.
