Ned wakes up at 9 and Alexis is still sleeping. Ned decides to make breakfast in bed for Alexis Ned is in the kitchen trying to make breakfast when Alexis walks in

Alexis: (puts her hands around Ned) What are you doing?

Ned: I was going to make you breakfast in bed.

Alexis: How sweet. But I don’t picture you cooking.

(Alexis is giggling uncontrollable)

Ned: Thanks.

Alexis: You’re lucky that you have a cook.

Ned: No you mean…we’re lucky to have a cook.

(It’s 11 AM and the wedding is starting at 3PM)

Alexis: (looks at her watch) Oh no.. I am late for my hair appointment. I have to go.

Ned: (kisses her) See you later.

(Alexis grabs her things and runs out the door)

(Ned hears a knock on the door but realizes that it is not Alexis. He peers out the window and sees Helena standing there. Realize that she wants something, Ned pretends to be not home)

Helena: I know you’re in there, Mr. Ashton. Open up, now!!

(Ned realizes he left the door unlocked and panics)

(Helena tries the handle and the door was open so she walks right in)

(Helena sees Ned standing there)

Helena: Hello, Ned. Why didn’t you answer the door? How are you today?

Ned: (upset) Fine and you?

Helena: Trying to avoid me.

Ned; Why are you here? Alexis is not here.

Helena: I know that. I came to see you.

Ned: (under his breath) Great. What do you want?

Helena: I was wondering why I was not invited to your wedding? I mean I am family of Natasha’s.

Ned: Sorry I have to ask you to leave. I am in a rush.

Helena: This will not be the last time I see you. (leaves)

(Ned grabs his phone to call Alexis)

Alexis: Alexis Ashton

Ned: Ned Ashton…(laughing) you’re already using my last name.

Alexis: Ned, you’re not suppose to bother me.

Ned: Well, I had a disturbing visit with one of your relatives.

Alexis: Oh no! Don’t tell me Helena paid a visit to you at the Gatehouse.

Ned: Oh yes. She asked why we didn’t invite her to the wedding. I am going to call security and have them surround the grounds

Alexis: Ok Ned. I have to go. I love you

Ned: I love you too, Alexis Ashton.

Alexis: I like the way that sounds. Bye Ned. (hangs up the phone)

The Wedding

Monica and Emily and Alexis’ friend, Amanda from NYC are helping Alexis’ get ready. They are also the bridesmaid and Amanda is the maid of honor. Lois decided to let Ned have Brooke Lynn for the day. Alexis is wearing a white off the shoulder dress with a long train. The dress flatters her figure but you can notice a little tummy since she is pregnant.

Emily: Alexis, you look great.

Alexis: (looking a little pale) Thanks Em. I feel butterflies in my stomach. I hope it because I am nervous and not morning sickness.

Monica: Alexis are you all right?

Alexis: Yes I am fine. I am just a little nervous, that’s all.

(Nikolas knocks on the door)

Nikolas: Alexis it’s time. Ned is waiting for you. You look pretty.

Alexis: Thanks Nikolas. Let’s go. (Monica helps Alexis put on her veil) (Alexis then takes Nikolas’ hand and everyone leaves to go outside) (Emily grabs Brooke Lynn’s hand and walks down the aisle. You can hear people saying how cute they are. Then Monica walks down the aisle.)

Nikolas: Ready?

Alexis: As I’ll ever be. (gives Nikolas a kiss on the cheek) Thank you Nikolas. I love you.

(Alexis and Nikolas are walking down the aisle and she notices Ned smiling at the end of the aisle) (Ned smiles at Alexis and it melts her heart; she realizes that she will soon be Mrs. Alexis Ashton.) (they get to the end of the aisle and Nikolas gives Alexis a kiss on the cheek and he gives her hand to Ned)

Ned: (whispers) Hello beautiful.

Alexis: Hello, Ned.

Ned: Soon you’ll be all mine.

Alexis: Don’t let Stefan hear you stay that.

Ned: If you mention Stefan again to me, we won’t even get married.

(they say the vows, exchange rings, and light a candle)

Priest: I now announce Mr. and Mrs. Ashton. (to Ned) You may kiss the bride.

(Ned grabs Alexis)

Ned: Hello Mrs. Ashton. (then gives her a kiss; this is the first time she really felt loved)

(As they were kissing a gunshot went off and everyone panics. Ned first instinct is to cover Alexis since she is pregnant)

(Ned notices that Helena is standing over to the left of them)

Ned: (to Alexis) Looks like Helena wants to join us.

(the guards jump all over Helena and remove her from the grounds)

Alexis: (breathing heavily) How did she get on the grounds? Don’t even bother answering that question.

(Everyone settled down)

Ned: Let’s get out of here. (grabs Alexis’ hand and they walk down the aisle)

The reception

(The music starts playing)

Ned: (grabs Alexis’ hand) Can I have the first dance Mrs. Ashton?

Alexis: You sure can. (gets up)

(they walk to the middle of the dance floor and start dancing)

Alexis: Do you remember the first time we danced together? Ned: The Nurses’ Ball. You in that great purple dress. The two hours of extra music. The kiss.

Alexis: Oh…Who could forget that great kiss?

Ned: There are plenty more where that came from. (plants a kiss on Alexis)

(Alexis puts her head on his chest)

Ned: I am so happy that I get to spend the rest of my life with you.

Alexis: Me too.

(Music finishes)

(Nikolas approached Ned and Alexis)

Nikolas: Excuse me. Alexis can I have the next dance?

Alexis: (to Ned) Sorry Ned, Nikolas gets the next dance.

Ned: That’s all right (leaves to dance with Emily)

Nikolas: Congratulations, Alexis. I hope Ned makes you happy. Make sure you come and visit.

Alexis: Don’t worry. You are my family. I would never desert you and Stefan.

(they finish dancing)

Stefan: Alexis, it’s time to cut the cake.

(Alexis walks over to where Ned is standing)

(they both cut the cake together; Ned is going to feed Alexis the cake and he has an evil grin on his face)

(Alexis notices the grin)

Alexis: Don’t even think about it Ned. I am so serious.

(Alexis grabs a piece of cake)

Ned: Why don’t we feed each other at the same time?

Alexis: Fine, ready go.

(they feed each other the cake but it also ends up on Alexis’ face)

Alexis: Ned, you promised. Get it off of me.

Ned: I am sorry (gives Alexis a kiss)

(there is more dancing and then it is time to leave for the honeymoon)

Ned: (to Alexis) It’s time to get into something more comfortable.

(they run to the Gatehouse and get into less formal clothes. She is wearing one of her business suits and he is wearing a jacket (no tie))

Alexis: Time to throw the bouquet. (all the women gather around her)

(she throws it and Emily catches it)

Edward: Oh no!! Not Emily.

Ned: (to everyone) Thank you for coming…It’s been fun. See you when we get back.

(grabs Alexis’ hand and gets into the limo)

In the limo on the way to the airport

(Ned starts to kiss Alexis passionate)

Alexis: (in between kisses) Ned, where are we going?

Ned: You’ll see.

Alexis: Can’t you even give me a hint. Please Please Please.

Ned: You’re cute when you beg. No I am not tell you. Give me a kiss, Mrs. Ashton.

Alexis: Not until you tell me where we are going.

Ned: I am going to teach you how to float. If you really want to know we are going to Hawaii for two weeks. (Alexis gives him a kiss)

(they are at the airport)

Ned: Let’s go. Time for fun and sun.

on the plane

(Ned and Alexis sit down and buckle up)

Alexis: I love you Ned.

Ned: I love you too.

Alexis: Where are we staying?

Ned: One of my friends, owns a house right on the beach. We have a private pool or the ocean. You are going to love it.

Alexis: Oh I forgot to tell you that I made a doctor’s appointment for the first ultrasound. It is a day after we get back. I just want to make sure this kid is healthy. You better be there, the first picture of our child.

(Ned puts his hand on her stomach)

Ned: I cannot wait.

Alexis: So you are ready to be a full-time dad?

Ned: You bet.

Alexis: I am going to take a nap I am tired. Care to join me?

Ned: Why do you even bother asking.

(they go to bed for awhile)

(they have been in the air for 7 ½ hours)

(Ned is awake; looking at Alexis and he notices that she is starting to get a mother’s glow)

Pilot voice: We will be descending please buckle up.

Ned: (shaking Alexis) Alexis wake up. We are almost there.

Alexis: Ned…I am too tired to get up.

Ned: Come Alexis you can do it.

(Ned grabs Alexis’ hand and helps her up)

Alexis: Thank you.

(Ned and Alexis go back to the main cabin and buckle up)

(Alexis is staring out the window)

Alexis: Look at the islands…they look pretty from up here too.

Ned: If you want I can charter a helicopter and we can see the island that way.

Alexis: Ned I would love that so much.

(the plane lands and Ned and Alexis’ get out; they are greet and flowers are placed around their necks)

Alexis: Thank you. It is so warm here. I love the weather.

Ned: Our limo awaits.

(Ned takes Alexis hand and they get in)

(the limo ride takes 30 minutes and they end up at the condo which is right near the ocean)
