Alexis woke up and looked at the clock. It was 8:30 and she was thinking she had to get to the office. Wait, no, she didn't because she didn't work for Stefan anymore. Then she remembered last night and how wonderful it was. Alexis could feel that Ned has his arms around her. She looked over at him just as he opened his eyes.

A- I hope I didn't wake you.

N- No, you didn't.

Ned reached over and kissed her cheek.

A- Do you have to go to work?

N- Nope. Being the CEO of a major company definitely has it's advantages.

A- Good. So, what do you want to do today?

N- Hmm, tough question. Stay in bed with you. Any objections, counsellor?

A- Well I was thinking we could shower, dress, and go do something.

N- Aw, come on, counsellor. Anyways, we would be doing something if we stayed in bed.

Ned looked at her and made a really cute (not to mention irresistible) puppy dog face.

N- I'll resort to begging. Please.

A- Well, I gue...

Ned kissed her.

A- When you put it like that how can I say no? But what do I get for staying in bed?

N- I'll have to think about that.

A- No, you won't, you liar.

Ned smiled and recreated last night

It is 1:00 pm of the same day. She rolls over but Ned isn't there.

A- Ned?

N- In here. I didn't realize you had awoken.

Ned went to sit on the bed.

A- Yeah, I just woke up.

N- What do you want to do?

A- Let's go to the west end of the lake. We can watch the sunset.

N- Sounds nice. Do you want to shower first?

A- That depends.

N- On what?

A- If you're joining me.

N- Is that an offer?

A- Maybe.

She gets up and starts walking to off to the shower.

A- Race you!

N- Cheater!

Ned catches her right before she reaches the door. He grabs her waist and turns her around. She looks up, giggling at Ned, who pulls her into a kiss. After a half hour they finally make it into the shower.
