Alexis walks into the catacombs with a lantern. Her gun is hidden underneath her coat. Luke is sitting outside with two of Jason's men. She walks into the furthest cavern and calls out.

A- Ned? Are you here?

H- How nice of you to join us. Right on time, too.

Helena has a gun trained on Ned's head.

H- One wrong move, and say good-bye to your love.

Ned looks at Alexis, who has fire in her eyes (and murder in her heart)

A- Helena. I'm not surprised. Kidnapping one person to get to another is your style. So, what do you want? You already have me, so why don't you just shoot me? Bad question. You are enjoying this cat and mouse game. So am I. Now, would you let my friend go?

H- If you pay the price.

A- Which would be?

H- You. I want you in exchange for him. I won't make him watch you die, don't worry. What do you say, princess Natasha? Are you desperate?

A- I'm not desperate; don't try to decieve yourself.

H- Respect, please, dear. What will it be?

A- Take me.

N- Alexis, no!

H- Fine. You made your choice. Oh, and Ned, if you tell anyone, your little girl isn't going to live to see her first birthday.

Helena unties Ned and throws Alexis against the wall. She takes Alexis's hands and feet and ties them up.

H- The only place your going is to hell.

A- No, that's where you are going.

Helena turns her back for a minute. Alexis mouths ''leave'' at Ned. He shakes his head, but she nods towards the exit.

H- I thought I asked you for some respect. You don't want to get thrown against the wall again, especially with nothing to break the fall. See how much Ned loves you? He didn't even stay. He can't call anyone to come help you, or Brooke Lynn dies. We'll see who he loves more.

A- Come off it, Helena. You're just jealous because I have the one thing you never had from a man, and that's love. My father loved my mother, not you. You had his respect; but she had his love.

H- How dare you!

She slaps Alexis's right cheek.

A- Slap my other cheek, Helena.

Helena doesn't, but puts a finger under her chin. Alexis resists the urge to spit in Helena's face. Meanwhile, Ned walks outside the catacombs and sees Luke.

N- I hope Alexis came to see you.

L- Yeah, she did.

N- Good, because Helena has her tied up inside.

Luke hands Ned a gun.

L- C'mon, let's go see what old Helena's up to.

Back inside, Ned and Luke can hear Helena and Alexis fighting.

L- Stay here while I go surprise Mama Cass.

N- Just help get Alexis safe.

H- So, Natasha, no one's here to save you. How are you going to get out of this one?

A- I think you're the one that's in trouble.

Luke walks in with a gun pointed at Helena.

L- What's up? I'll tell what's up. This little game you're playing. You may be rich and poweful, hon, but you ain't God. That would be me.

Helena pulls Alexis up. H- I don't think you're going to be shooting anyone. Not when I have Natasha as my human shield. I know you wouldn't want to hurt her.

Ned gasps, but no one can hear him. And he thought his mother was psycho. Alexis is trying to kick Helena. She is struggling so much, that Helena can't hold onto her and the gun. So Helena drops her and someone screams as a shot rings out.
