BRENDA'S DECISION

HERE IS PARTS 41-50!! part 41 Brenda's smile fades as she realizes that Kevin is being serious. "Doc, what is it?"
Kevin sits down, "Brenda the nurse tyed you up because you were going a little crazy yesterday and paranoid." Kevin sits back in the chair next to her and glances at Jax, "The reason Brenda wasn't getting better with her Manic-Depression is because she would throw up her pill with her meals."
Brenda looks Kevin sad and guilty, "Kevin...Doc, I know all that."
Kevin looks at her, "So you'll do what I have to do to make you better?" Brenda nods, "Okay, you'll have to come in everyday for 2 weeks and then after that twice a month for 3 months."
Jax smiles, "Therapy, see honey.." Jax starts walking over to her.
"Wait!" Kevin stops them from getting excited, "The therapy will be once a month for 5 months." Kevin stands up, "She will be getting traqualizers! Brenda had a dose yesterday, I will be getting Amy for her next dose!." Kevin walks out.
Brenda looks up at Jax. Jax just stands there watching Kevin walk out.
PART 42

****1 WEEK LATER****
*Jax's Penthouse*
Brenda and Jax walk in the Penthouse. Brenda slowly makes her way over to the coach and lays down, "Honey!"
Jax walks over by her, "Yeah?"
"I'm tired." Brenda closes her eyes.
Jax strokes her hair, "Yes, honey, I know... you have been tired for a few days now. It's just the shots... HOney??" No answer, Brenda had fallen asleep. Jax walks over and sees the Answering Machine blinking. He pushes the botton and picks at his mail.
BEEP OF THE MACHINE.... "Jax, hey this is Mac, Rebecca's apartment was searched and she was arrested. Turns out she has planned to kill Brenda since Dorman died. She is in jail with no bail."
BEEP FOR NEXT MESSAGE... a quiet soft voice.. "Jax...... Miranda here, um...how are you? I heard about Brenda. I'm in town for a month staying above Ruby's. Please give me a call..."
Jax walks over and shuts the machine off, then walks over and puts a cover over Brenda.
Part 43--->
Brenda wakes up and looks around, "Jax?" silence, "honey?" she gets up and walks over to jax's desk and notices a note,
DEAR BRENDA, STAY HOME, REST... I'LL BE HOME IN A LITTLE WHILE, HAVE SOMETHING TO TAKE CARE OF. LOVE ALWAYS, JAX
Brenda smiles and then puts the letter down.
'Ding-Dong' (doorbell)
Brenda turns around and glances at the door, not sure if she should answer it.
'Ding-Dong'
"in a min." Brenda walks over and opens the door, "Sonny."
Sonny is standing on the other side of the door smiling, "hey."

Jax knocks on a brown door.
"Hold on." A girls voice.
Jax puts his hands in his pocket, the door opens, "hey, Miranda."
Miranda smiles, "Jax, hey." Miranda goes to give him a hug but he stops her. She offers him to come in, he does.
"Miranda, What are you doing back in town?" Jax looks at her with a look of anger.
Miranda smiles fades a little, "Um, well.. I came to visit Mac."
Jax smirks, "Yeah right and that's probably why you called me right when you got here."
"How's Brenda?"
"What, why do you care?" Jax takes his hands out of his pockets, "you probably wished the whole time she would of died!"
Miranda walks up to him, "No, I wouldn't do that." Miranda puts her hand on Jax's arm.
Jax looks down at her hand, "You never give up do you?"
Miranda looks up at Jax and then kisses him, Jax pushes her away, "Miranda.. get it in your skull.. I don't love you.. what we had was over a long time ago."
An evil grin forms on Miranda's face, "But I can give you the child you have always wanted!"
Jax looks at her in disgust, "Miranda, I love Brenda. I don't love her less just because she can't have a baby."
"I can't believe you, Jax."
"You can't believe me?? God you are so.." Jax stops himself and then gets an evil grin on his face. "oh, so you know, I'm going to ask Brenda to marry me. And just think, this time it will be legal!"
Miranda opens the door, "Jax, I think you should go!"
Jax starts to walk out, "My pleasure." He walks out laughing.
*****Jax & Brenda's Penthouse*****
"Sonny, what are you doing here?"
Sonny smiles and brings flowers from behind his back, "These are for you."
Brenda takes them not smiling, "Um, come in while I put these in a vase."
Sonny gladly walks in the penthouse. "So where is Jax?"
Brenda fills the vase up with water and puts the flowers in it, "Um, he had some business to take care of." Brenda wipes her hands and then walks over to Sonny, "What are you doing here?"
Sonny looks in her eyes, pulls her to his body and then kisses her passionately.
PART 45
***pier behind Lukes***'
Nikolas sits down and begans to daydream again about Brenda...
{flashback starts}
"Um, what's wrong?" Brenda asks with concern.
Nickolas looks at her, "Nothing."
Brenda smiles, "Don't lie to me. Something is wrong if you here talking to the sky asking why??"
Nickolas says, "OH, everything. I have nothing. I don't like the person I was born to be." He turns his back to her as he finishes wiping his tears away.
"A Cassidine?" Brenda ask.
"Yeah, a Cassidine.. Those who don't care about others. The Cassidine's who only care for themselves and ANYTHING THAT GETS IN THERE WAY gets hurt with out them giving a second thought." Nickolas turns around to be face to face with her, "But I'm learning to handle it, and realizing what my Uncle is like." Nickolas smiles, "Nothing I want to be."
"Nickolas, you know it doesn't have to be that way. You make decisions for yourself not him."

{Flashback ends}
Nikolas smiles to himself and then is interupted by a voice, "nikolas?" Nikolas jumps up and turns to see Sarah.
"Sarah, what are you doing here?" Nikolas brushes himself off.
"Waiting for Lucky... you?"
"Nothing, just thinking about stuff." Nikolas sits back down.
"Oh, well I'm going to go.. see you around." Sarah smiles and then walks off the pier.
"yeah, see you!"
***Jax and Brenda's PENTHOUSE***
Brenda pushes Sonny down, "What the hell are you doing?"
Sonny smiles at her, "What?"
"Sonny, just because I remember you, doesn't mean I'm going to leave Jax. Sonny.. there is something I need to tell you." Brenda sits on the coach and pats it for Sonny to come sit next to her.
Sonny sits down and takes her hand and kisses it, "What, honey?"
Brenda looks at him, "Sonny I can't love you anymore.. I love Jax. I've made my decision.. I want to live the rest of my life with Jax."
Sonny looks at her, "What drugs are you on girl?"
Brenda looks at him with angry in her eyes, "Sonny, FOR ONCE I'M THINKING STRAIGHT!" Brenda stands up and combs her hand through her bangs, "Sonny..."
Sonny stands up.
"Sonny, I'm going to ask Jax to marry me."
Sonny looks at her with hurt in his eyes, "What?"
"You heard me!"
Sonny walks over and puts her hair behind her ears, "This is what you want? Jax, not me."
Brenda smiles, "Yeah, I want Jax!"
Sonny kisses her on the lips and then walks out the door. Brenda walks over and takes a sip of water and a tear falls down her face.
***Miranda's room***
Miranda picks up the phone and dials a number. "Come on Jax answer the phone*
***Jax and Brenda's Penthouse***
Brenda puts her cup down and walks over and answers the phone, "Hello?"
***Miranda's room***
"Um, is Jax there?"
***Jax and Brenda's Penthouse***
Brenda recognizes the voice, "Miranda.. what do you want?..... NO he's not here!"
***Miranda's room***
Miranda gets her evil, snotty, bratty smile on her face, "Well then, could you just.. um.. tell him I'm sorry for kicking him out of my room today? Thanks." Miranda hangs up the phone and takes a sip of wine.
***Jax and Brenda's Penthouse***
Brenda looks at the phone and then hangs it up. Jax walks in the penthouse. Brenda looks at him, with a look of I love you but what just happened. Jax looks at her in the eyes, "Miranda called, huh?"
Brenda nods.
Jax grabs her and hungs her, "Honey, don't talk to her.. lets go away.. there is something I want to do with you."
Brenda looks at him, "She's trying to ruin me again isn't she?"
Jax nods, "yep.. she has this thing in her head that I love her.. whatever."
Brenda smiles, "Honey, you just said whatever."
Jax looks at her and smiles, "Did I?"
Brenda and him laugh, "Jax, yeah I think a trip would good.. I have some special planned for you too!"
Jax looks at her, "really? Well we'll leave first thing tomorrow."
Brenda kisses him, "kay."
----part 46----
***j&b's penthouse***
"Brenda, you ready???" Brenda comes from the room carrying 2 suitcases. Jax looks at her and laughs.."honey we are only going to be gone for two days, that's all the doctors will let you without your shot." He glances at his watch, "Which that reminds me, we have to get going.. we are going to be late for your shot."
Brenda looks at him, "Well you won't tell me where we are going so i don't know if it is going to be hot or cold." Brenda smiles fades, "My shot?" Looks away in disgust.
Jax walks over and gives her a hug, "Sorry honey but you have to have them."
Brenda looks into his eyes, "I know it's just that I'll be so tired this afternoon then, we aren't walking much are we?"
Jax smiles, "No hints, brenda!"
"Darn it." Brenda says repicking up her suit cases.
***Sonny's apartment***
Jason looks at Sonny, "So man, what happened between you and Brenda?"
Sonny looks at him, "Nothing!"
"Nothing? I thought you said she remembered you!" a confused Jason points out.
"Yeah, she does. She just doesn't want me anymore!"
"Brenda not want you?? Man I remember when she was all over you like a dog," Jason laughs, Sonny doesn't. "So what did she say?"
Sonny looks at Jason with hurt in his eyes, "She's going to ask Jax to marry her."
Jason looks at him and then looks away with a slight smile on his face.

***A dock***
Jax guides a Blind-folded Brenda, "right, okay a little farther... Stop." Brenda almost falls over, "geez Brenda!"
Brenda doesn't smile, "Honey, I'm tired, are we there yet?"
Jax smiles as he takes off her blind-fold, "Yep, we are there."
Brenda looks at the house boat, "Honey, this is the boat we got married on and had our honeymoon." Brenda turns around and kisses him passionately and then turns around with him hugging her from behind, she closes her eyes.
"Isn't she still a beauty, she's been waiting for you..." Jax smiles and trys to look at her face, "..Brenda.. bren?" Jax turns her around, she's asleep, "Honey," He picks her up, "I'm beginning to dis-like these shots..." He carries her onto the boat.
Jax lays her on the sofa and picks up the phone and dials and goes outside, "Yeah, Dr. Collins please... thank you." pause, "Dr. Collins, hi this is Jax."
***HOSPITAL***
"hello, Jax, is everything okay?" pause, "She's asleep... she'll be okay."
***BOAT***
"Well I'm getting really disgusted with her being tired all the time, and she is too.. when is this stuff going to quit making her tired?"
***HOSPITAL***
Kevin smiles, "Jax she has only been on the shot for 1 1/2 weeks.. it will get easier for the both of you in about a month when she is only getting them once a week."
***BOAT***
"Well thanks Dr. Collins," Jax hangs up the phone and looks over at Brenda, who is asleep on the sofa. He then sits down and glances over the water and closes his eyes.

***MIRANDA's ROOM***
a knock on the door wakes Miranda up, "hold on!" She walks over and opens the door, "Jerry?"
Jerry Jax pushes past Miranda, "Hey sweet-thang."
Miranda shuts the door and looks at him, "What are you doing here?"
Jerry smiles a cocky smile, "Well I went over to Jax's and he wasn't there.. and on his machine there was a message you were in town, that's how sweet cakes." Jerry looked a lot like Jax but not so business like.. Jerry had the blonde hair, the acient, and was tall. He wore baggy jeans and a striped shirt, "so Where is he, babe?"
Miranda closes her bathroom, "Well Jerry he is on his boat asking Brenda to marry him."
Jerry looks at her, "Brenda Barret?"
Miranda looks at him, "Yeah, do you know her?"
Jerry looks at her and smiles, "Who Brenda, not really. Mom and Dad talk about her, and plus I see her on the news for that murder of Dorman and then for the hit and run, and then my favorite.. on covers of magazines and billboards, wish I knew that beauty!"
Miranda gets a wicked grin, "Well your brother is on his boat asking her to marry him."
Jerry smiles, "Really? Well I'll have to plan a warm welcome."
Miranda and Jerry laugh.
PART 49
*Jax boat*
"Jax?" Brenda moans from the sofa, "where.. are we?"
Jax is asleep on the chair outside on the deck of the boat. Brenda stands up and looks around, and remembers they were on the boat, she smiles. Brenda walks out of the deck and sees Jax asleep. She walks over and puts the blanket he put on her on him, he wakes up and looks at her.
"Sorry." She says.
Jax smiles and offers her to sit on his lap. "come here."
Brenda walks over and sits on his lap, on a comfy sofa chair, they both cuddle under the blanket. "Jax?"
Jax looks at her and smiles, "huh?"
"I love you..." Brenda kisses him.
"I love you too."
*****Miranda's Apartment*****
Jerry Jacks looks at her, "so when are they do back?"
Miranda frowns, "I don't know."
"How long are you in town?" Jerry puts down a magazine with Brenda's picture on the back.
Miranda looks at him, "I told Jax a month, but I don't know." Miranda glances down at the magazine. "Damn, she's still a popular one."
Jerry looks at Miranda shocked, "What do you mean?"
"You were looking at her picture admiring her... wanting her."
"Yeah, so.. she is pretty."
"WHAT?" Miranda asks upset.
"And not Jax's very much longer." An evil grin forms on Jerry's face.
part 50
***THE BOAT*** Brenda wakes up and looks around, she is still sitting on Jax's lap, she looks at him and puts her hand on his face and then gets up and walks into the boat.
*phone rings* Brenda jumps and then looks at it *it rings again* she just stands there and looks at it. *ring*
Jax jumps up and walks in looks at her and then answers it, "Hello?" Jax looks at the phone and then at Brenda and hangs it up.
Brenda looks at him, "who was it?"
Jax shrugs, "they hung up."
"What?" Brenda says brushing her hair back with her right hand.
Jax looks at her, "Brenda, its okay.. really! Probably thought we weren't here!" He smiles.
"Yeah, probably." Brenda says with a worried look on her face.
***JAX's PENTHOUSE***
"Jerry is this a good idea?" Miranda asks while she looks through some papers on Jax's coffee table.
Jerry looks at the phone and then hangs it up, "Um.. yeah."
Miranda turns and looks at him, "So??"
Jerry looks at Miranda, "Well Jax answered, so they are there."
Miranda looks at him, "Okay then why do you look upset?"
Jerry gets a sexy grin on his face, "I wanted to hear her sexy voice."
Miranda shakes her head, "Jerry you're getting a little obsessed don't you think? This is Brenda Barret we are talking about."
Jerry looks at her with a serious look, "Your just a jealous slut!"
