  Jackie Liu is a very rich and very intelligent man. He's the head of a major company and also very handsome. But he's got a very bad personality. he's very cruel and does everything to get what he wants. He's engaged with Fu Ming Hin because of hers wealth.

One night, he went to an old neighbourhood in HK that he wanted to buy. He got robbed and accidently got knocked on the head by Hilary Tsui Hor Ying. This made him lost his memory. An old man living in that street thought that he's actually his long lost son (that old man has some mental problem) and took care of Jackie.

Although at first Jackie still has his "natural personality" he learnt how to be a nice guy and even fell in love with Hilary and became good friends with Ngai Chun Kit, both grew up in the poor neighboorhood.
 

Things becomes complicated when Jackie's family found him and revealed his real identity. The company is in a crisis and only Jackie has the power to save it, but without any memories of his past, that's an impossible task.
