Peter Fong: Wai Siu Bo (Tony Leung) is the son of a prostitute in one of the biggest cities in China. Having been raised in a brothel, he has become a really sneaky playfull guy who only has a few things in mind. Beuatifull women and money. 
Because of some coincidence, he got the chance to work in the Forbidden City as a eunuch (but he has never lost his manhood) and he even met the emporer (Lau Tak Wah). Wai Siu Bo didn't know the real identity of Andy (he even thought that Andy was a eunuch too) and they became really close friends. Too bad Tony's business in the forbidden city is to assinate the emporer....
