TVB's own review   Former Miss Hong Kong Halina Tam, pop-singer Chan Hiu Dong together with kung-fu master Yuen Wah, bring you one of the most interesting and exciting vampire series, "Night Journey". Tin (Yuen Wah) and Hong (Cheung Kwok Keung) are famous Taoist in the late Ching Dynasty. Then the government is overthrown and the new Republic of China government advocates science. The two Taoists have to move to Guangzhou. Tin becomes a cop, but Hong insists on remaining a Taoist. He befriends the powerful merchant Tong (Yam Sai Kwun) and wins his trust. They make use of vampires to smuggle drugs. Tin is shocked when he learns the truth, but he lets Hong get away with it.
