1998-Parmount Television Stations acquire WNPA from Venture Technologies Group Inc..

1997-:station 's city of license moves from Johnstown to Jeanette. This is to get on more cable systems in Pittsburgh and to get into the more lucrative Pittsburgh market. Station becomes the new United Paramount Network afilliate in the area after WCWB(WPTT-TV) switches to the Warner Brothers Network.

July 27,1996-:station returns back to the air as WTWB-TV,the full powered satelite station of WBPA-LP 29 (Pittsburgh) Station is targeted towards Johnstown and offers WB programming.

1994-:Venture Technologies buys off-air station for $20,000

May 13,1990-:station leaves the air

1980s-:station loses CBS afilliation to WTAJ-TV in Altoona. Station struggles as an independent.
