2. There's no limit to what writing it can be. Want to write a poem?
Go for it! Ditto with a play, short story, etc. Just see #1.
3. The story must somehow involve Dawson's Creek or a character in it.
After all, this IS a page about Dawson's Creek.
4. The story must have the subject as a main part. It doesn't have to be the WHOLE storyline,
but it must be a major part. For example, if the subject is "plumbing" (not likely, but just
bear with me), I will NOT accept a story about Dawson and Joey's romance with a line like
"They passed a plumber walking down the street". That's not the point of this.
5. You can include as many or as few DC characters as you want. Hey, you can,
introduce new characters too. I don't care - just as long as at least ONE thing in it is about DC.
6. All writing needs to be submitted by the deadline. Deadlines may vary,
so check out each weekly assignment for the info.
7. Even if you think the weekly topic is stupid, please try to write about it.
This could be really big and great and fun if a lot of people do it. So spread the word & write the fanfic!
8. When you send in your fanfic, you MUST write somewhere on it that you agree that your
fanfic can be posted ONLY on this page. I want to prevent people from seeing the same
fanfic all of the time on every page they visit. If you don't agree with this,
I can't post it in this section. Sorry!
Basically, just copy this statement at the beginning or end of your fanfic:
I,___________(name or email address), agree that __________(the name of your story) can only be posted on the DC Fan Fic Forum under the topic of ___________(the topic of the week) for the week of______________(the date you wrote it, submitted it, found out about it, etc.). BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR NAME AND THE TITLE OF YOUR STORY! Thanks!
