Liz, Lucky, Laura and Luke all stared in fear as the door to the Spencer household opened. WHo would it be? Helena? Julius? Both? Those were the most likely choices.
AS the uninvited person entered the house, they realized it was not one of their enemies, but somebody else entirely.
"It's freezing outside!" their visitor said, closing the door behind them, "I'm sorry to just walk in like this, but nobody heard my knocking! Anyway, i know Mac and I were supposed to meet you two for dinner tonight, but he got called away on some arson emergency. I just came by to tell you the plans are cancelled."
Felicia Scorpio-Jones talked as she closed the door adn then turned around, "I hope you're not too disappointed."
With a quick glance, she noticed Liz on the couch, "Oh, hello Liz. I'm sorry if I've caught you all at a bad time."
Now, all this passed without any of them saying a word. When Felicia looked up again, she noticed the man sitting next to Elizabeth, "Lucky?"
He nodded sliently, while Luke said, "WHy don't you come sit down Felicia?"
She nodded, and sat down on a chair, and said again, "Lucky?"
"It's him," Luke confirmed with a sigh. Now Felicia was involved, and that meant Bubba would eventaully be too. How was he supposed to kill Helena with the police commisioner around.
"But how?" Felicia was flabbergasted, "I mean, he's dead!"
Lucky shook his head, "I'm alive. I've been held captive for these past years."
"My God," she put her hand to her mouth, and leaned back in the chair.
"YOu really picked an innopprotune time to come calling," Luke remarked drily, "Nobody's supposed to know he's alive."
"Why not?" Felicia was stunned. THeir son was alive, you'd think they'd be shouting it from the rooftops.
Laura sighed, "It's a long story Felicia, but we need to catch Lucky's captors. We cna't endanger people by having htem know Lucky is alive."
"Who are they? The captors I mean," Felicia asked.
Lucky answered, "Helena had a part in it, although I never saw her. It was mainly a man, whom the only name he gave me was Julius."
"Helena Cassadine? Well, I'm not surprised. You'd think that bitch would be dead of old age by now though. But, I wonder who Julius is to her?" Felicia mused.
"We don't know yet," Luke snapped, "Now go home Felicia, you don't want to be involved in this."
"Whyever not?" Felicia thrived on adventure. PLus, she would love to help Luke find the people who made him think his son was dead.
"Why not?" Luke said, "I'll tell you why not. We don't need to put more people's lives on the line tonight. You know that arson thing your husband was called in on? It was likely after the results of hte arson test on a fire set to kill my son, Liz and Nikolas. Get out while you can."
"Pish posh," Felicia said, disregarding him, "I can take care of myself. Besides, I want to help you Luke. You helped me with my Quartermaine investigation. Mac will want to help too."
"There," Luke said, rising ot his feet angrily, "Is another reason not to get you involved. Bubba will be livid I put his wife in any kind of danger. And if the police comissioner is involved, I can't exactly kill Helena Cassadine."
"FIne," Felicia said calmly, not responding to his attempts to get her to leave. Mac doesn't need to know a thing until after we catch those people. I"m helping you lUke, so get used to it."
"And we'll be glad to have your help," Lucky replied hastily, beofr e his dad could go on another of his rages.
"Thank you Lucky," Felicia smiled at him gratefully, "So what's the plan so far?"
Luke sat back down on the couch, mad as hell, but didn't interrupt.
Lucky sighed, "We really don't have much of one. We need to find Julius and Helena and bring them to us. Julius was working wiht my father, but he has probably realized Dad will know I"m alive and be ready to kill him."
"Whatever there plan is, it focuses around Luke somehow. We just have no idea how." Laura added.
Felicia looked thoughtful, "You know, Helena's yacht was in the harbor yesterday, she might still be there."
"But waht about Julius?" Liz asked, "I mean, he'll go into hiding even if we manage to take out Helena."
"It doesn't matter," Luke said, "All that matters to me is taking out Helena. To hell with making it look like an accident, I'm going to shot herin cold blood."
Lucky agreed that Helena was the one who deserved to die the most. Not only for what she ahd done to him, but to Elizabeth. He needed to tell Elizbaeth about that soon, she deserved to know.
"HOw about we go to her yacht? We keep her alive for awhile if she's willing to bring Julius to us, if she's not, we kill her and go find Julius ourselves. I know where I was being kept hostage, and I don't think he knows that I know. He might go back there." Lucky suggested.
"It works for me," Laura said. "When do we do it?"
"HOw about tomorrow when dark falls?" Felicia suggested.
"You're going to ahve to keep the secret from Bubba for a whole dy, then invent a lie to get out of the house," Luke warned her.
"I can handle it," Felicia said smoothly, "How about we meet here at 8:00 to prepare. I'll bring my gun."
Everyone agreed to her suggestion. When Liz let out a huge yawn, Luke said, "Why don't we all get some sleep. Felicia, go home. And remember, Bubba can know nothing. Liz, you can stay here. You'll be safer here with us than all alone in your apartment."
Felicia nodded, and left wihtout fuss.
"Lucky, you can have the guestroom," Laura said, "But don't leave the room in the mornign before I come get you adter Lulu has left for school. I'll just tell her Liz is in there?"
"Slight problem honey," Luke said, "Where will Liz be?"
"Well, she can stay in Lucky's old room."
"Why don't I just sleep on the floor in the guestroom?" Liz said. "Lulu may wander into Lucky's old room. it's right by hers."
"YOu won't mind?" Laura asked, dubiously.
"No," Liz shook her head, "Besides, there are some things Lucky and I need to talk about."
Laura shrugged in agreement, "Blankets are in the upstairs closet."
BOth Liz and Lucky went up to the bedroom. It was still rahter early, but they had a big day tomorrow.
Lucky flopped on the guestroom bed, "You are actually willing to sleep on the floor?"
"No Silly," Liz said softly, closing hte door tightly behind her, "You and I are going to share the bed. I jsut didn't want to shock your parents."
"I guess that's a good idea. We don't want to make them too uncomfortable." Lucky shrugged ands at up. "We do need to talk though Liz, there's something I need to tell you."
"Oh, talk can wait," Liz said walking over to him, "Right now, I ahve you all to myself."
She leaned down and pressed her lips gently to his. She ran her ahdns up under his t-shirt. Lucky meant to protest and force ehr to lsiten to him, but she was igniting a fire within him. He decided talk could wait till tomorrow.
Girl, i always think about it 24/7
Can't get it outta my mind
I want so bad to be with you
Baby, when I dream about it, it feels like heaven
Why you gotta be so fine
I want so bad to be in you
I'm longing girl to tell you
'Bout the visions in my head
you never will be lonely
Long as roses are red
Girl, you should never worry
My intentions, they are true
The only thing that matters is you
'Cause I love you
And I want you
And I can't be without
I swear ther's no doubt
That I need you
I adore you
Every inch, every part
With every little bit of my heart
Baby, I can think of 'bout a million reasons
Why you gotta be with me
My lovin' flows like endlessly
Baby we can go about a zillion places
What's your fantasy
Just ask and girl, you shall receive
I want so much to tell you
Girl, you'll never hurt again
Long as London Bridge keeps falling
Girl, Ijust know I got your back
Girl, there's just no rhyme, no reason
'Bout the way I feel 'bout you
The only thing that matters is you
CHORUS
'Cause I fell in love the day, baby
You came into my life
I've never been in love before
Changing everything I think about
And I don'twant nobody else to have you
CHORUS
