Flames As Blue As His Eyes~
~Chapter 1~
Ok this won't be what your use to but i hope you like it.
ok see at a FinFic board i made some where Ash hadn't goten very far.
and he had a new member to the gang ,Tom. And this is a story about Toms
brother. And now Ash and his friends have been to the Pokemon league. And Ash
beat them. and don't get mad at mee if i have he two new pokemon attacks
worng.OK I'm done now you can read the story in peace :)
Prologe~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Jake woke up as the sun had just started to peek over the horizon. Mew
was standing on Jake's stomach.
~Jake are you ready?~ Mew had been his best friend since he was a kid.
When he was two
Mew was given to him as a pet, but he never thought of Mew that way.
"Yes, Mew I'm ready. Lets go." They slipped out toward the sun rise. Jake
stepped out of the town as he had done many time before, but now it felt
different . He stared at the sign that annouced: Welcom to Copper Town.
~Having Second thoughts?~ Mew could telepathicaly talk to anybody.
"No. Come on we've got to get going." Mew nodded and climbed into a
small pouch made
especialy for little pokemon. They soon entered Pallet, Mew was sleeping in
his pokeball.
Jake was off in his own world, thinking of his older brother, Tom. Tom had
went to the Pokemon League with the ledgendary Ash Ketchum whan Jake was 6.
He had brought back back some wirst bands that had the offical Pokemon League
logo on each. Jake raly took them off. Tom now lived with Ash and Misty. Then
out of the blue a spearow broke through the memories. "Ow! OK Spearow now
your going to get it! Mew I choose-Hey!" The Spearow had knocked the pokeball
containing Mew out of his hands, and out of his reach.

Prof. Oak was letting new trainers Choose begining pokemon. A girl had been
staring out the window and saw the whole thing.
"Professor, a boy just got attacked by a Spearow and has nothing to
defend himself with!" Oak turned around and fumbled through pokeballs. hesoon
found what he ransacked a perfectly neat desk top for .
"Here Lee give this to him." Oak handed her the pokeball. She stepped
out of lab.
"Hey kid, catch!" The pokeball sailed right into his hands.
"Pokemon Go!" Just as he thought his life couldn't get any more
comfusing, his whole world changed. When a small cute pokemon appeard its
life flashed in front of Jake. In less than a minute every attack it had was
know to Jake.
"Togepi use Quick attack now!" the Spearow was hit square in the
chest. Jake hurled a pokeball at the Spearow, it sruggled to free itself but
it failed. Jake went and picked his two pokeballs. Then he picked up Togepi.
"Thanks little guy."Jake wakled back to thelab with Togepi in his
arms."I'm sure you want your Pokemon back." Togepi frowned at the thought of
that.
"No it looks it would be happier with you, Jake.yes your father told me
you'd stop by." Jake hugged Togepi, and walked out of the lab.
"Hey Jake waite!" He turned around to see Lee behide him. "Can i come
with you?"
"Sure i don't see why not." Togepi freed itself for Jakes arms and
crawled upon his sholder.
"Hey what did you get from Prof. Oak ?" He hadn't ment to say that it just
popped out.
"Oh, he gave me a Pikablu, on of the new ones he just caught."

Hours later

"Oh, I'm beat."
"Lee, look."
"A cabin, alright lets go!" They opened the door, all that was there
was a bed and a table. Jake put Togepi down so he could run around. Lee let
her's out too. He felt the pouch move, Mew wanted out.
"Here Mew let me help you." He pried the pokebal open for his friend.
"Hey whats tha?"
"Oh, thats my bubby Mew"
"No...that!" Jake turned around to see a Charmander chewing wood form
the table.Togepi toddled over to the Charmander
"To..pi?"
"Char..man..char..man..man...der"
"Tog..pi..pi..Togepi!" Jake and Lee exchanged looks.
~OK now all either of you have to do is choose who will get Charmander.~
"Well i guess well let Charmander decide."
"Right! Charmander who do you want for your trainer?"
"Charmander leaped into the arms of Jake.
"Hey look at his tail!" Jake looked down at the tail.
"Ah, whats the matter with it?"
~I don't know why don't you take him for a check up?~
"Right lets go! Everybody back in to your pokeballs!" Soon they arrived
at the new Pokemon Center in Pallet.
"Hello I'm Nurse Joy what can I do for you?"
"It's my Charmander, just look at his tail." Jake plopped Charmander on
the desk.
"Oh-ma-gosh! I'll do a quick check up. You waite here." Jake let Togepi
out, he watched him run around. Jake leaned on the wall when he pick up
Togepi and held him over his head.
Lee look at him,only now did she noticed that his eyes were steel blue, his
jet black hair was back in a braid.
"Here is your Charmander nothing appears to be wrong. Except it tried
to eat the pillow go feed it."
"Thank you very much!"They walked around around the town for a while
untill they past Ash Ketchum's, Mother's house. They saw Ash's Pikachu out in
the yard playing with other pokemon. Jake recognied one of them it was
Growlite his brother's pokemon.
"Come on Lee your gona meet my brother!" She felt dumb waiting form
someone to answer the door.
"Hello, what can I do for you?"
"Well is Ash home?'
"Yes."
"Is Tom with him?"
"Yes follow me." Mrs. Ketchum lead the two down a hallway in to a
room."You hve visitors."She left befor the three could trun around.
"Jake? ist that you?"
"Tom you know him?"
"Yeah thats my brother." The two sat down in front of the three
trainers.
"Jake what are you doing here?"
"Well this is Lee, and we just started on our Pokemon Journey."
"You two reminde me of us when we started." Misty spoke for the first
time.
"Uh...if it is alright with you, can we crash here for a while?" That
question surprised Jake, Lee was two steps ahead of him, he hadn't thought of
that.
"Sure." Then it was quiet for a long time.
"Um..uh..can you show us what you've already caught?" Ash broke the
silence.
"Well I only got two, but two were given to me."
"Oh, I want to see." Misty blurted out.
"OK this is Charmander."
"Its tail has a blue flame are you sure it's a charmander/"
"Yes very. Do you have any food I could give my pokemon they haven't
eaten in a while." Ash left to get something and came back with sandwiches.
"Here Charmander." He ate like he had never in his life been fed. Jake
glaced at Ash,and his eyes look like he saw a mircle. In fact everone's eyes
looked that way, and they seemed to be staring at Charmander. He looked at
the pokemon just in time to see the last bit of orange leave his muzzle and
turn blue. "And...uh...moving on..."

Chapter 2

"Pallet's new Gym is deicated to ice pokemon. Jake with your
Charmander you should have no trouble, but Lee I have just the thing." Tom
was a master in fire, it was the only thing he'd work with. He dropped a
Pokeball in to Lee's hands. "Here this is Vulpix. It's still quiet young,
when it was born Ninetails over there wouldn't take care of it." He jerked
his thumb at Ninetails who was Heating water for Mrs. Ketchum.
"Thankyou we'll be right back!"The two set out for the Gym.
"It's kinda cold.."
"Naturaly it is I Gary."
"I'm Jake and this is Lee we wish to challenge you."Jake stepped up
to the line.
"Fine then, Seel go!" Gary let the pokeball fly from his hand. Th
white body of the Seel took form.
"Charmender I choose you!"The little blue Charmander appeared
delighted that it was going to fight. Lee and Gary Whatched Jakes Steel Blue
Eyes go blank. The Charmander's sad story took place in Jake's mind. Jeff had
left him all alone after he caught a Pikachu. "Charmander use ember!"Flames
engulphed the Seel.
"Seel return!" Charmander turned to Jake with big sad eyes thinking
he'd betray him like Jeff.
"Charmander you did it!" Charmander leaped in to Jakes arms with pure
joy.
"Shellder go!"
"Come on Vulpix!" Lee was no going to try her luck. The young Vulpix
stared at the Shellder. "Vulpix use ember!" Vulpix thrust it's mouth open but
all that came out was a puff of smoke. Shellder was snickered at the small
Vulpix.
"Vul...PIX" Flames came shooting out of it mouth.
"Shellder return! That proves it you two are worthy of the Artic
Badge." Gary handed Jake and Lee each a badge.

That Night

Every body was at Proffessor Oak's lab.
"Hum...this is a rare Charmander. It will not evolve but its power
could possibly out match a Charziards."
"Wow-"Jake was cut off by an explosion. Everbody rushed outside, only to
see the new Gym in a pile of rubble.
"Come on Lee we've got to help Gary!" Fire blazed in the heap.
"Pikablu put out that fire!"Pikablu tried it hardest to put it out but
it was going to slow.
"By the time that fire is out it could be too late." Jake dissapeared
into the flames.
"Jake no!" But it was too late he was gone. The heat burned at his
cheaks then he saw it, Gary was lieing not far away. Lee saw a figure appear
out of the fire.Jake Dragged Gary back to the lab.

"You two were very brave today." MIsty told her room mate.
"No it was Jake not me." Lee was stroking Vulpix while Pikablu slept.
"You know I think you like him." Lee blushed.
"I..uh...I"
"Uh huh" Misty wasn't convinced. "Wel if you don't you don't." They
turned off the light and slept, well Misty slept, Lee laid there and thought
about what she had said. Do I really like him? I guess we'll have to see.

Jake was in the room they gave him, getting ready for bed.
"Here guys." Charmander curled up on the window sill. Mew crawled on the
chair.
~Jake I think you like Lee~
"Wel.. uh...I really-"
~Oh I see, well good night Jake." He slipped in bed, Togepi crawled up and
laided against Jake and slipped into sleep. Jake hadn't really thought of Lee
that way. Her green eyes seemed deep and her sandy blond hair back in a pony
tail seemed to glisten in the sun. This is weird I think I think her but I
can't tell. Then his mind rest as he slept.

"I guess we'll see ya later." And with that the two set off for Pewter.
After a few hours they came across a pouch inside was a note: to any one who
finds this insid is a few pokemon and three megaballs. A megaball can hold
ten pokemon in one ball and catches them 100% of the time. There is a
Squirtle, a Blubasaur, an Abra, a Voltorb, a Sandshrew, and an Eevee.
"OK I'll take Abra, Voltrob, and Sandshrew." Lee took the three
pokeballs out of the pouch. ake Just tied the pouch to his waist. They walked
on the the pokemon center.
"May I help you?"Nurse Joy said from behind the desk.
"We'd like our pokemon healed."
"OK just sit down for a while." Jake was leaning against the window.
"Ah! Aaahhh..." Jake went to the floor screaming. Lee and Nurse Joy
rushed over.
"Jake whats wrong?" Jake's eyes started to glow an eary glow.
"A..Dragonite" Just as the words came out of his mouth the back ground
dissapeared and was replaced with a cave. Jakes eyes returned normal. "Where
are we?" Jake felt a sharp pain the back of his head, the world went
spinning. Lee saw jake go flying across the room.
"Jake!" She rushed to his side.
"I'm alright..ow." He reached in to the pouch and took out a megaball
that was ment for the Drangonite that attacked him.
"Jake look out!" A hyper beam shot from the Dragonite. Jake fell to the
ground in sheer pain.
"Jake!" the Megaball rolled to the feet of Nurse Joy. The life was
slowly leaving jake, and Lee knew it. She barried her face in his shoulder.
With his last bit of strength he leaned of and kissed her on the forhead. His
spirit rose from his body. A voice was telling him to go to the light, he
agreed, he had failed in his quest. A voice a wisper brok throught to his
ears and mind."No Jake don't leave me...I love you, Jake don't leave me."
Everthing stopped, the voice the wisper, was Lee. Jake thought of everthing
they had been through, then it hit hime, the reason he heard it. Not yet he
told himself. Life returned to his body.
"Yeah I love you too Lee. " Lee jumped in surprise. She helped him to
his feet. Nyrse Joy walked over with the megaball in her hand.
"Here Jake."
"Thanks." then they all walked back to town. That night in bed Jake
dreamed.
~Mew look I'm gona be the bets trainer ever!~ A small boy said to a
Pokmon balencing a Pokeball on his head. A green mist fills the scean. We
leave the scean as all things visable dissapear.
