Chance Meetings

When I woke up this morning I just knew today was going to be different than any other day. I got out of bed and did my morning routine which includes kissing my framed autographed photo of Roy Dupuis which sits on my nightstand. I quickly finished everything that I had to do and had some spare time to kill before I had to go to class so I popped in one of my LFN tapes.

I got so engrossed in watching LFN that I totally lost track of time. When I looked at the clock, it said 1:45pm. "Oh my God, I'm 45 minutes late!" I screamed while I grabbed my books and made a mad dash to the door. I got to school at exactly 2pm.

I was in such a hurry to get to my computer class that I ran smack dab into someone's back. The person turned around and looked down at the floor where I landed and I just couldn't believe my eyes!!! It was none other than Roy Dupuis himself!!! Somehow, I managed to get out a weak "I'm sorry" before I fainted.

The next thing I knew, I was laying on a couch in a room that I had never seen before. Still groggy, I sat up and looked around. Suddenly, this vision of Roy Dupuis appeared in the doorway holding a tray with two cups of Irish Creme coffee and toast on it. I blinked my eyes several times, sure that I was hallucinating. Then the vision said, "Good morning, glad to see that you are feeling better."

"Is this real, or am I hallucinating?" I asked, scared that it may be a hallucination.

"Oui cheri, this is real." He said walking over and setting the tray down on the table in front of the couch.

He handed me one of the cups of coffee ever so softly touching his fingers to mine as I took the cup from him. I gasped and looked up into those sparkling hazel-green eyes. My heart seemed to have stopped as I gazed into his eyes, both of us still holding onto the cup.

Slowly he took his hand away from the cup and picked up his own.

After taking a few sips of the hot liquid, he looked into my eyes and said, "It's not everyday that I have a woman as beautiful as you nearly mow me down." We both laughed at that.

I replied with, "It's not everyday that I nearly mow down Roy Dupuis!"

"Oh, I was wondering if you knew who I was." He said, laughter still mixed with his softly accented words.

"I just have to ask," I said quietly, "why were you at DeVry?"

"Oh, well, I thought I'd take a few classes so that I'd know a bit more for my character, Michael Samuelle, on the show. I never imagined that I would meet someone as lovely as you." He breathed the words so softly that I could barely make them out. He softly touched my face as he whispered those last words.

Slowly, he leaned over as he softly touched his lips to mine. The kiss, meant to be soft and slow, quickly became hard and urgent. Our bodies clung together as he eased me back onto the couch.

End Part One.

On to Part Two!
