Ch 6

B- Lo Ssh! You'll wake him up! (Brenda slides out of Sonny's arms and then quietly gets out of the bed. Brenda Lois and louie leave the room)
Lo- Bren,how could you not tell me about this! So did you sleep with him?
B- Lo what are you talking about Me and Sonny didn't do anything?
Lo- You and Sonny are my best friends how could you not tell me about this!
B- Theres nothing to tell.
Lo- You were al over eachother dressed like that in bed? How could you even deny it?
B- Look Lo We slept in the same bed because I felt selfish sleeping in that big bed alone while he slept ont the couch. There was plenty of room.
Lo- Why are you lying to me I should have known all those times when you and Sonny were together was because you wanted to jump Sonny's bones. So was he good!
( Brend starts to cry! and Sonny comes out of the room)
S- Whats going on?
L- Man you might want to escape while you still can!
S- What? Why? Bren why are you crying?
(He walks over to her and opens his arms and Brenda cries in them)
B- Sonny
S- Lo, why is she crying?
Lo- Because what you guys did.
S- What What did we do?
Lo- Cut it Sonny- Me and Louie went to wake up Brenda and we saw you guys all over eachother- That I don't care but how come you guys didn't tell us? B- It's none of your business- Besdies we didn't do anything and The reason why I was in Sonny's arms was because I was cold.
Lo- I'm sorry for coming down on you like that I just don't want us to keep secrets from eachother! I love you guys and I don't want to get caught in the middle of something that might happen to you two!
B- Nothing is going to happen betwenn us even though I love him, he doesn't love me (she looks at him and he goes inside). We are only friends and that is how it will remain.
Lo- Bren, why do you say that.?
B- Because as much as I flirt with him it's like he ignores me but last night when I kissed him he returned it but he always turns me away. I cant take it ( After a few minutes Sonny comes out dressed)
S- Lou, I'll be back in a hour be ready!( He opends the door and leaves)
L- Wait!
B- i think he's mad. I'm gonna go talk to him.
(Sonny is waiting for the elevator Brenda walks over to him_
B- Sonny?
(Silent)
B- look don't make this harde for me. Damn It Sonny! I just admitted i love you! and you walk away from me.
S- look Brenda we are only friends and thats it!
B- Oh yeah well thats not the way you were thinking last night when you made love to my mouth and held me and intertwined your legs with mine.
S- that was a mistake!
B-No it wasn't otherwise you would have pulled away!
S- I fell in to deep.
B- Because you wanted me as much as I wanted you!
S- Yeah but I'm not about to ruin the best friendship i ever had.
B(starts to cry) I love you!
(The elevator doors opena dn Sonny walks in as they close he puts his hand ther to stop thm he wqalks out
S- C'mere
(They embrace then Brenda looks up to himand kisses his cheak)
B- thanks(Smiles and he looks down at her )
S- We better get back in the room your still in your nightgown. Not that you dont look good in it but - oh forget it lets go! (Brenda laughs)
B- Ok

Ch 7

Later on They are all dressed and Sonny and Louie are about to leave. When Brenda and Lois stop them.
Lo- Wait don't go.
S- What? Why?
B- Cause we wanna go with you guys.
L- You can't we have a meeting.
Lo- Please!
B- Yeah we'll stay out of the way and when yous are done we could see the apartment and go site seeing. What da ya say?
S Ok as long as you girls get lost when we have the meeting.
Lo- Ok so where are we going?
L- Kelly's Diner.
(They arrive at Kellys And walk in Liz comes over to them)
Liz- Hi Welcome to Kelly's four?
S- No Me and him (points to Louie) are meeting Luke Spencer And the ladies will take there own table.
Liz- Ok Well girls you can sit at the stools and Mr Spencer is right there ( Points to Luke smoking a cigar)
S- Thanks.
(Sonny and Louie walk over to Luke)
S- Mr.Spencer!
Lu- Yeah (puffs on cijar) Sonny Corinthos right and You are Louie Ceruillo Call me Luke! Mr.Spencer makes me feel old
. (They exchange crooked smiles)
S- nice to meet you. Is Joe here.
Lu- Sculls couldn't make it but I have everything you need.
S- Ok
Lu- Here are the documents for the club. Oh uhhh I have a proposition for you. S- Oh yeah whats thatt?
Lu- Well heres the thing I wanna open a Jazz club and the Paradise Lounge is the perfect Location for itNow you and Cerullo here would benefit from it because It woild be a cleaner place to run things and you Sonny could be a silent Partner. Business would be good. But also if outsiders think your running things from there you will have more respect. Thats what this business is all about Respect and Power ! So it's your call?
S- Sounds good to me. When do I close down the club.
Lu-Well in about a month from now.
S- Sounds good! Ok now that thats out of the way where are the documents for the organization?
Lu- Right here you have to sign them.
(Sonny takes out a pen and Signs the club documents first then he looks at the organization ones and stares before he signs them then he does and Michael Sonny Corinthos Jr. Becomes Port Charles Ne Godfather!) Congradulations man! Well thats it the import/export business is in the Organization Documents. Look Sonny I've been where you are now. I'm not gonna lie to you it's hard. But you will get through it. And if you ever need help I'm here not only as a ex-mobster but as a friend! You too Cerullo! And You will meet Harry tonite at Outback a resaturant as well as your bodyguards.
S- Luke thanks for all your help! Um theres one thing the girls we came with do they need bodyguards?
Lu- They all ready are assigned to each one theey begin after you meet with them.
S- Ok
(The three men converse At Brenda and Lois' table the girls are wondering what ids going on)
B- Welll what do you think?
Lo- They are wjispering I can't here. Forget it.
(Liz comes over)
Liz- Are you finished?
B- Yes Thanks
Lz- Are you girls new in town?
Lo- Yeah!
Lz- Hope you like it here.
B- Thanks!(Sonny and Louie get up and walk over to the girls Luke leaves)
S- You guys ready?
Lo- Yeah we're are we going?
L- To see the apartment (waves the keys in there faces)
B- Ok Hurry lets go
(They arrive at the building the girls see A Sign the Paradise Lounge and a Sign that Says Girls Girls Girls!) They walk around the side of the building and walk in to a elite doorway. The walk in a hallway and see a elevator. they walk in. When the elevator stops they get out)
B- Wow it has an elevator! Open the door Sonny!
S- Ok!
(They turn the key and Open the door.To find..................

Ch 8

B- Oh mY God! SONNY!@!@!@!@!

(They all turn to Sonny)

S- Well why are you looking at me?

Lo- Nice Corinthos. DOnt pull that with me. Look At This Palce!

Black walls, A leak caroted counters a worn carpet.

B- Oh and Lo (turns the faucet it on) Brown water. and a olive green kitchen.

Lo- The doors squeak, the closets are small. this place is awful.

B- Sonny, your not really going to make us live here are you?

L- Sonny the girls a re right. This place is disgusting.

Lo- Not to mention above a stripjoint.

S- We're closing it down and making a legit niteclub.

B- that doesn't make the apartment any better.

Lo- What's my ma and pops gonna say when they see this joint.

B- Sonny do something!!!

S- WAIT! OK! I didn't make you's come but you did. We're in this together, Now I know the apartment sucks. But we will fix it up. We'll paint it me and Louie will fix everydoor and put in a new kitchen. Fix the leak. And get new carpet and paint the apartment.- with your help. And you's can buy all new furniture. If thats not good enought then we will bring you both back To Brooklyn.

B- I'm in. You Lo?

Lo-Yeah Fine.

Lou- Good! Now Sonny when do we get started?\

S- Tomorrow.

Lo- Hey can we pick out tiles for the kitchen?\

Lou- Yeah Whatever.

B- Sonny can I help you guys paint?

Lou- Wow I ain't paintin.

S- Why not?

Lou- You know how much time it's gonna take to paint these wallsMan your crazy.

S- Lo?

Lo- And break a nail i don't think so.

S- Fine then it's just you and me Bren.

(Brenda smiles. the they look through the rest of the apartment then leave.

Ch 9:

It is now one week later and Louie and Lois are in Brooklyn visiting. Sonny and Louie had repaired the leak and tore out the Kitchen cabinets. Sonny and brenda are in the hotel room on the couch hanging out. They are looking at tile samples.

S- what about this one? (He points to a yellow one)

B- EW! Sonny! How could you say that she nudges his shoulder and unsteadily falls in his lap Their eye meet and she traces his jaw with her index finger.)

S- It was just a suggestion.

B-Ssh. (She kissed him slowy put firecly. After a while they both pulled away)

S- Well. (Brenda gets off his lap and sits next to himand she leans on hin)

B- Yeah. So what are we doing today?

S- Nothing, Im going to paint the apartment.

B- Not with out me your not.

S- And why is that?

B- Well because I'm lonely, You can't leave me here. What am I suppose to do Lois isn't here so what am I suppose to do. I can help you.

S- Ohh no!

B- SONNY!

S- Fine Get dressed.

B- Ok (Kisses him) Your the Best!

(An hour later)

S- Brenda! I'm going to leave without you.

(Then Brenda emerges wearing a white aby-tee with short denim overalls. A carpenter bely and a white Yankee cap.)

S- Nice outfit.

B- I thought you'd like it.

(He shakes his head and she smiles they leave)

(At the apartment Sonny is opening the paint cans and stirring the paint. Brenda isturning on the radio to Z100. He gets the rollers ready and then te brushes he hands Brenda a roller)

B- Whats this?

S- A roller to pain the wall with.

B- what am I suppose to do with it?

The song 'Too Close" by Next starts to play. Sonny Puts hand over brenda's and teaches her_

S- You dip it in the pain then rollit on the wall. She looks at him. They aren't paying attention and Brnda gets paint on her overalls.

B- Ohh! I didn't want to get this outfit dirty I think it so cute.

S- It is.

B- Thanks.

S- You have paint on your nose.(he goes to wipe it off but winds up putting more on and he laughs)

b- Oh that's it! (She takes the roller and rolls the paint on his back.

S- I can't believe you did that! ( He takes a brush and wips it across her chest and she takes paint and smudges it on his face. this continues)

S-Ok I think we should stop look at us.

)They alugh Then Brenda goes to put her paintbrush down at the same time Sonny does. They put them down then There eyes meet and this time SONNY kisses Brenda and she is shocked but gives n. they get into and as they move to their knees and Brenda flings her head back as Sonny kisses her neck. They knock over the paint. She Takes off his t- shirt and throws it acroos the room. he carefully unbuttons her shirt. They move down and as the song dies down the two become one without any regrets or hesitations)

(Luke is on the stair case with boxes of, varnish for the floors of the apartment) He fondles with the keys.

B- Who's that?

S- I don't know (he pull on his pant's and helps brenda with her clothe. (she has herher shirt on no bra and her overalls half on half off, He has his jeans on and Luke walks in. Not noticing that Brenda and SOnny weren'y completely dressed.)

L- Hey didn't you guys here the door, Hey can you- he turns and notices) Uhh Oh Man! I a m sorry guuys (He drops the cans and races out the door the varnish rolls out of the box to the floor and Brenda and Sonny laugh)

S-(kisses her) Now lets finish painting.

B- I hope we ahve enough.

Ch 10:

Sonny was finishing up painting the wall. Brena was sitting on the counter watching, as she drank soda.

S- Well I think we're done.

B- Yeah. ( he puts the brush down and tuns to Brenda who is smiling at him. He walks over to her and kisses her she wraps her legs around him and they passionately kiss. Then Sonny pulls away)

S- As much as I'd love to do this, I have to go talk to Luke.

B- i think he can wait. (She starts to kiss him again.)

S- Yeah i think he can too. ( He carries her to the floor and they make love Afterwards They are putting ther clothes on)

B- We're are we going?

S- To talk to Luke The back to the hotel.

B- Oh Well why don't we stay here all night. And you could........

S- I'd like thay but, we have to go back to the hotel.

B- ,sighs> Fine

(they go downstairs to see Luke talking to a contractor)

S- Hey Luke can I talk to you a minute.

L- Sure, Hey man I'm uh sorry about earliar If I knew you and Brenda were, well anyway I'm sorry.

S- Hey forget about it, I just wanted to make sure we were still on for that meeting Thrusrday?

L- With Frank Smith? Yea. listen There's someone I'd like you to meet. Stone Cates meet Sonny Corinthos.

St- Hey nice to meet you.

S- Yeah same here.

L- he wil help you with um anything you need to be taken car eof.

S- Oh. Well thanks (he looks at Brenda who is touching a bunch of wood and sheet rock then the sheetrock falls and she looks at the men inocently.)

S- Excuse me. 9He goes over to Brenda) Come-on.

B- Where we going?

S- I think you have done enough carpentry for one day.

B- Hey that just-

S- bye Luke! BYE Stone.

(They leave) 3 days later Sonny and brenda are lying in eachothers arms on the couch. they have just made love. a Blanket is over them. Brenda turns over so that she's untop if him And starts t kiss him)

B- I can't believe you fonally gave in.

S- What do you mean.

B- Well i have been trying to persway you for months now and you've just ignored me.

S- I didn't ignore you. i knew what you wanted and I wanted it too, but I thought we were better off as friends. But I realize I was so very wrong.

B- Yep you were. (She kisses him things get passionate. the door opens. Lois and Louie are fighting)

Lo- no Frannie didn't say that.

Lou- Yeah she did.

lo- oh what do you know ( sonny and brenda pull apart and Lois cathes some movement from the couch from the cornerof her eye.)

Lo- Holy Tolido!!!! What are you two doig?

Lou- What are you blind didn't you take sex ed?

Lo- You think? I know what they're doing, but how? why? What'd we miss?

Lou- by the looks of things alot! So congradulations man!

S Is it just me or are we always getting caught?

Brenda nodds.

B- tell me this is a nightmare.

Lo- Well are you two going to explain.

Lou- Lois are you blind what is there to explain. Didn'yt Mrs. Weissman show that sex education video. I believe this is what they call a oh well I forget.

(Sonny and brenda look at eachother and laugh)

Lo- Well we go away for one week and you two are sleeping together, You move quick.

Lou- Now your catching on.

Lo- So how'd this happen?

B- It;s been happening but nobody gave into it.

S- Yeah. (Smiles and kisses her cheek)

Lo- Well. Anyway so how's the apartment?

S- Pretty good. We painted it. and Luke varnished it.

Lo- Great when can we move in? Im so sick of this hotel.

S- Soon. Uh Louie can I talk to you a minute?

Lou- Yeah man.

(In another room)

S- WE have a metting with Frank Smith thursday and tomorrow we regester our guns.

Lou- What are we going to do about Smith?

S- Luke want's to take him out but it's too soon. So we're gonna wait until Frank cashes out, then we're gonna trace him.

Lou- Alright, but what about Thursday how do we play this?

S_ We act cooperate and don't DONT gove hom a reason to think he can't trust us or that we're going behind him. Play it cool, don't get fresh or illeagal.

Lou- Alright. You know man I was talking to some people back home and you know we're gonna need some back up.

S- Yeah I know, look set us up with a guy I think his name is Stone. Now uh your gonna have to find some more.

Lou- What about Pete and Johnny?

S- (thinks) Yeah I'll talk to Luke and make sure it's alright to bring in people from back home. If it is also bring Benny.

Lou- Aright, um what about bodyguards. We're gonna need them right, I mean people are gonna try and take us out cause we're new.

S- Right, Luke is seting that up. I get one you get one.

Lou- Sonny what about the girls, I mean are they going to be safe when this is all taking place?

S- .....Your right. We're going to have to have them have bodyguards.

Lou- How it it won't work if they ask why they need bodyguards? I mean what are we going to tell them?

S- We won't let them be notced. Whatever happens they Can't know.

Lou- What happens if they catch on.

S- I don't care you lie through your teeth if you have too. If they find out they can be put in danger or even worse die.

Lou- But.

S- No Not buts! Louie thats It!

Lou- Sonny you and Brenda are involved, you can't be lying to her.

S- Look you were there you heard what Luke and Frank said. I'm not gonna risk her life or Lois'. Now that's it.

B- I wonder what there talking about.

Lo- Me too they've been in there for a while.

B- Well I'm going to find out.
