B-Then you say that we are breaking up in your front yard. We will be there fake fighting. Then for some extra effect I will slap him. Then when that is over I go to your house & get sunglasses & other things to disguise my self so I can go to Sonny's.

L-That is so cool. Call SonnY & tell him!

A-sonny you and I are going to have a talk,and brenda I will call your father to come and pick you up

(Adella & Mike are married)
A-She lives in LA.
B-Yeah but she is closer than my father! He is in uh uh uh what do you call it! Tokeyo. Yep he is in Tokeyo.

S-Yes mom call her!

She calls her & tells her to come to LA.

S-Mom Dad!

S-I am going to LA with Brenda

M-Here you go. How long will you be gone?

They packed said there goodbyes & left they just arrived & are about to call Harland!

Brenda has just callen her father from the nearest pay phone.

B-Daddy?
H-Brenda where are you?
B-california.
H-What are doing there?
B-Living with Mom! And Sonny is with me!
H-that scum?
B-No! I LOVE HIM! IF YOU EVER TALK ABOUT HIM AGIAIN I WILL KILL YOU!

S-I know! But lets get him off our minds and go to your mothers.

B-mom!

B-this is Sonny, my boyfriend.

It is now morning. Sonny is sleeping & Brenda got up early as her mother asked.

B-Mom? What did you need to talk to me about?
V-Well, don't you think Sonny is alittle old for you?
B-What do you mean?
V-Well he looks like he is about 17 and- B-16.
V-Okay but still you just turned 14 about a week or two ago.
B-Well if I knew you were gonna be like dad I wouldn't have ever come!
V-Listen Brenda I am not trying to be like your father.I am just looking out for you.
B-Well I love him and I am not about to leave him.
V-I understand.I think Sonny is a great boy. I am sorry.
B-Ok I am sorry for yelling too.
V-Good now why don't you & Sonny go and see your old friends.
B-ok I will get Sonny up & go.

Veronica left. Brenda woke up Sonny & they both got ready.They are at a diner eating breakfast.

S-So who are we going to see?
B-We are going to see my friend Amanda.
S-okay then you can show me around! I have never been to LA.
B-okay. Well amanda has a brother. You might get along with him.
S-okay lets go.
