Epidemical Crimes Division Morikari (Mor-ee-KAR-ee)
An epidemical crime is one that is recognized as a major problem in many countries but is unable to be thoroughly investigated because it is too big for local law enforcement to handle. Epidemical crimes include abduction/kidnapping, child exploitation, environmental crimes, drug rings, organized crime, and serial murder. An agent working this Division is usually transferred to another one after a few years, due to the emotional stresses of the work.

Ethnic Relations Division Kalamantari (Kah-lah-man-TAR-ee)
Created during the course of the two World Wars, Ethnic Relations is split into two groups. Cultural Sub-Division investigates hate crimes; riots; slavery; genocide; and "totem-poaching," the illegal sale of stolen cultural items to museums and private collectors. Country Sub-Division investigates terrorism, conspiracy, assassination, and treason. It also investigates disputes between countries or ethnic groups and then sends its Ambassadors to settle them. It also has a large medical staff consisting of Battlezone doctors, who administer health care in conflicts as well as get a first-person account of what happened and why.

Passangue Division ("Bloodless Crimes") (Pah-SANG)
Passangue is a Donnekahshaie word that means "bloodless." The Division name is derived from the fact that this Division has the lowest risk factor. After 1985, this Division became the only one in which any detective under 22 could work. It deals with blackmail, bribery, grand larceny, art forgery, large-scale counterfeiting, industrial espionage, fraud, and computer crimes, but in the last ten years it has been most well-known for its pursuit of Carmen Sandiego.

Specialized Investigations Division Umensikari (Oo-men-see-KAR-ee)
This Division investigates crimes that are usually part of larger crimes and is divided up into four Sub-Divisions: Arson, Homicide, Narcotics, and Weaponry. It works most closely with Crimelab.

Crimelab Corpindai (Kor-PIN-die)
Crimelab is a large section of the Agency consisting of several lab rooms, all of which contain sophisticated scientific equipment. Crimelab analyzes drug samples, performs blood and DNA tests, keeps tissue samples and fingerprints on file, and performs many other specialized functions.

Donnekahshaie Central
This Division consisted of detectives, brought in from other Divisions, who were considered best in their class. When another Division was unable to solve a case, the Donnekahshaie Central detectives were called together. After 1985, Donnekahshaie Central was abandoned and the Divisions have for the most part worked separately.
