If you're wondering where the claim forms are, there's one at the bottom of each monster section. We'd really appreciate it if you would make sure that you're filling out the correct form for your monster. If you're adopting a "One-Shot Monster", then fill out the form at the bottom of the "One-Shot Monsters" page.

If you think you have the patience, wisdom, and appropriate weaponry to handle one of our little darlings, then think of one, check the category your monster belongs in's page, and if the little bundle of evil is not already claimed, fill out the form at the bottom of the page.
