The following is a list of those characters that appeared in the DC One Million crossover. The M* after a name is to denote a future characters with an existing name.

Academy of Prescient Justice (SUPERMAN THE MAN OF TOMORROW #1M)
One of the teams set up by Solaris after the fall of the PJJ.

Agent IF (LEGIONNAIRES #1M)
An adversary of the Justice Legion L who wished himself out of existence with a child's play thing called a Realitoy.

Alchemo (DC ONE MILLION 80-PAGE GIANT #1M)
Enemy of Superman M*, he was defeated by Heartiac using sheer kindness. His wand can transmute one substance into another but does not work on living objects.

Aqua Fresh (POWER OF SHAZAM #1M)
A would be icon wearing hero.

Aqualad M* (ADVENTURES OF SUPERMAN #1M)
A living water humanoid. A member of JLB he was caught with the rest of the team in a never ending time loop by Vandal Savage.

Arsenal M*
A powerful battle droid that is a member of JLB. His programming was overridden by Solaris who used him as a weapon against Superman. He was caught with the rest the JLB in a never ending time loop by Vandal Savage.

Atomic Ant (POWER OF SHAZAM #1M)
A would be icon wearing hero.

Atomic Lantern (DC ONE MILLION #4)
One of the heroes killed by Solaris in his final attack on Earth.

Azrael M* I (AZRAEL #1M)
Latest agent of the order of Saint Dumas. Given highly advanced wings by the order technologist, Sister Dumas, they should have allowed him to serve the order by travelling through local time and space. Instead they allowed his to wreak havoc.

Azrael M* II (AZRAEL #1M)
A future duplicate accidentally created by Azrael M* I.

Bat-Mite (DC ONE MILLION 80-PAGE GIANT #1M)
A Fifth-Dimensional Imp who worships Batman M* and uses his vast powers to create new situations for Batman to overcome for his enjoyment.

Batman II (DC ONE MILLION #3)
Successor to Batman Prime in one of the possible histories that leads to the 853rd century. He manage to reform his enemy Two-Face II by showing him that he had made more good choices with his coin that bad ones.

Batman M* Revenge Squad (DC ONE MILLION 80-PAGE GIANT #1M)
A group of villains dedicated to the destruction of Batman M*.

Bizarro-Legion (DC ONE MILLION 80-PAGE GIANT #1M)
Bizarro duplicates of the Justice Legion A.

Black Manta M* (DC ONE MILLION 80-PAGE GIANT #1M)
An armoured villain who operates in the oceans of Neptune. She was responsible for the destruction of the eco-system of the Levant Deep.

Blackhole Liberation Front (DC ONE MILLION 80-PAGE GIANT #1M)
Fanatical animal terrorists who seek to eradicate humanity so that they mite lead the animals to dominance. Their main foes are the Legion of Executive Familiars.

Brainiac M* (DC ONE MILLION 80-PAGE GIANT #1M)
Possibly the original still threatening civilisation.

Brainiac 417 (LEGIONNAIRES #1M)
A member of Justice Legion L in the United Planets Cluster. He is from the joined world of Colu-Bgzlt where the inhabitants of the merged planets have become spirit-like intellects undestracted by the flesh.

Commander Cold (FLASH #1M)
A criminal on Mercury, foe of Flash M* and pawn of Solaris against Flash III. He uses technology to generate "smart ice" that supercools the human brain allowing the information and memories that it contains to be read out to a computer.

Captain Marvel Jnr. M* (POWER OF SHAZAM #1M)
Tanist's mother was a data prospector working out of the info engines of Mercury. She was killed by in a stamped when she accidentally discovered the Rock of Ages. Tanist was injured in the stamped and Captain Marvel granted him a portion of the power of Shazam to heal him much as he had once done to Freddy Freeman.

Captain Metamorph (ACTION COMICS #1)

Catwoman M* (BATMAN #1M, CATWOMAN #1M)
The best systems infatuater in the System. She was captured by Batman M* and added to the prisoners of Pluto. She was granted freedom by the primal Batman in exchange for her help in getting into the Batcave Tesseract.

Chameleon M* (LEGIONNAIRES #1M)
Champion of the closed Chameleon World. He is a member of Justice Legion L and like the rest of his people has sworn to only use his powers for camouflage yet he cannot help instinctively using them to protect his team mates.

Chase M* (CHASE #1M)
A member of one of the 853rd century DEO chase and pursuit teams. It is her responsibility to neutralise the powers and abilities of any threats encountered.

Chronovore (DC 1M #1, ACTION COMICS #1M)
A massive parasitic creature that feeds off of chronal energy. If it latches on to a history point it will causes massive break downs in causality and disrupt time scanners.

Clayman (LOBO #1M)
A member of the JLWB. He has the ability to shift his clay like body into the shapes of others.

Cosmicbot (LEGIONNAIRES #1M)
Leader of the Braalians. Their mastery of magnetism has led them along a path of controlled evolution into a species of living metal. As their leader he is also leader of the United Planets Cluster and Justice Legion L and Keeper of the Wildflame. His powerful magnetism abilities hold the Cluster together on it's way to Earth.

Creeper M* (CREEPER #1M)
A data-hunting entity called Rydr that operates on the chaotic planet Iai. In times of necessity he can transform into the six armed trickster god, the Creeper.

Delta Centurion (DC ONE MILLION #4)
One of the heroes killed by Solaris in his final attack on Earth.

Delemar, Chito (CHASE #1M)
A illegal Icon dealer who was captured and punished by the 853rd century DEO. His punishment was to be removed from Headnet thereby denying him and information access or credit accounts. His daughter took after her father and was the supplier for Lyden.

Detective Chimp M* (DC ONE MILLION 80-PAGE GIANT #1M)
The sleuth of the Primate Legion. He escaped from an illegal genetics factory and used his enhanced abilities to fight crime.

Dice-God (BATMAN #1)
A large cube shaped monster that generates a random "judgement" in a dice action from "Swift Death, Release, Maiming, Torture, Slow Death and Imprisonment." It will then try and complete that sentence on a chosen target.

Doc Matter (SUPERMAN THE MAN OF TOMORROW #1M)
Member of the Pancosmic Justice Jihad.

Doctor Mid-Nite M* (DC ONE MILLION #4)
Vera Nite. She became Dr Mid-Nite and was able to save the universe. However the exact timing was altered when Superman M* punched his way to the future.

Dreamer M* (LEGIONNAIRES #1M)
The last child of Naltor, her precognitive dreams are displayed to the Justice Legion L via a screen on her comatose forehead.

Eye (DC ONE MILLION 80-PAGE GIANT #1M)
A massive orbiting computer that aids Young Justice Legion S. It is inscribed with the insignia JK1M.

Furball (DC ONE MILLION 80-PAGE GIANT #1M)
A Kryptonian cat, heir to the legacy of Streaky the Super-cat.

Googal, the Infinite Mouse (DC ONE MILLION 80-PAGE GIANT #1M)
The last surviving example of the White-Footed Mouse. He was given the ability by a kindly scientist to recall his entire race allowing him to call forth dozens, thousands, millions perhaps even and infinite number of White-Footed Mice. He stopped a bomb attack on the Lair and was granted membership of the Legion of Executive Familiars.

Gravity Witch (SUPERMAN THE MAN OF TOMORROW #1M)
One of the allies of the 505th century Superman who reprogrammed Solaris.

Greased Lightning (LOBO #1M)
A speedster member of the JLWB with absolutely no ability to decelerate.

Green Arrows (GREEN ARROW #1M)
A band of trackers and archers who care for the vast surface of the Earth now that humanity has retreated into the Tesseracts. Led by Hawk and his sister Canara. Closely in turn with nature they can telepathically communicate with each other and animals through the worldmind. Their origin lies with the dynasty originally founded by Oliver Queen.

Green Infection (ACTION COMICS #1)
A would be icon wearing hero.

Groddchild (GREEN ARROW #1M)
A cybernetically enhanced Gorilla from Gorilla City. An enemy of the Justice Legion and the Green Arrows he is a mercenary and thug.

Gulf Latitude Hero Clans (DC ONE MILLION #4)
The arch-enemies of Morbiac.

Gunfire M* (HITMAN #1M)
A hero who found the original Gunfire's goggles and was able to access their iconic energy. he was killed tragically when he turned his butt into a hand grenade.

Gzntplzk, Queen (SUPERMAN THE MAN OF TOMORROW)
The marriage of Queen Gzntplzk of the Fifth Dimension into the Superman Dynasty added ten new extra-sensory abilities to the House of El.

Ha-Foth Tritos and Na-Tinth Sha (AQUAMAN #1M)
Husband and wife governors of the Neptune territories.

An info-terrorist who dedicated his life to destroying the econ-nets when his account was accidentally deleted and left him destitute. Foe of Flash M* and pawn of Solaris.

Member of the Pancosmic Justice Jihad.

Hoodoo Beast (DC ONE MILLION 80-PAGE GIANT #1M)
A failed applicant for membership of the Legion of Executive Familiars.

Heartiac (DC ONE MILLION 80-PAGE GIANT #1M)
A twelfth-level compassionate. She is one of Superman M*'s most trusted allies and is secretly in love with him.

Implicate Girl (LEGIONNAIRES #1M)
A member of Justice Legion L in the United Planets Cluster. She is a native of the planet Cargg which is housed in a Tesseract within her third eye. She is capable to channelling the abilities and skills of the planet's population.

Impulse M* (YOUNG JUSTICE 1M)
Member of Young Justice Legion S. His origins are not fully understood but it is theories that he is the personification of all those random thoughts and ideal memories of speedsters down the ages imprinted on the Speed Force. He has the ability to move at superspeed and to skip from mind to mind as a random thought.

Jigsaw Justice Union of New Lallor (DC ONE MILLION #4)
They team that emerged after the Justice Legion of Lallor passed through a teleporter storm.

Jor-El M* and Lara M* (DC ONE MILLION #4)
Superman Prime's parents pulled from the last seconds of Krypton and brought to 853rd century New Krypton by Hourman III.

Joto M* (ADVENTURES OF SUPERMAN #1M)
An unseen member of JLB who was killed in a transporter accident.

Justice League of the Atom (SUPERMAN THE MAN OF TOMORROW #1M)
One of the teams that existed before the formation of the PJJ. Solaris served as a member after he was reprogrammed.

Justice Legion B (ADVENTURES OF SUPERMAN #1M)
The so called Teen Titans. Their members include Nightwing M*, Troy, Joto M*, Arsenal M* and Aqualad. They were responsible for spreading the word that the original-Justice League members were not Bizarro clones. They later attacked Vandal Savages fortress on Mars and were caught in a never ending time loop.

Justice Legion L (LEGIONNAIRES #1M, LSH #1M)
The successors to the Legion of Superheroes. They protect the United Planets Cluster against threats such as Agent IF. Their leader is Cosmicbot and they were responsible for unearthing the danger posed by the population of Titan after they found that Earth was under attack by Solaris.

Justice Legion S (SUPERBOY #1M)
A Justice Legion team formed from numerous Superboy clones and led by Superboy M*. When it appeared that the prime heroes were Bizarro clones it was the responsibility of this and other Legions to track down any twentieth century DNA signatures. In the doing this they unearthed the frozen body of the Guardian. They also helped in the defence of Earth against Solaris's final attack.

Justice Legion X (DC ONE MILLION #4)
One of the Justice Legions that rallied to the defence of Earth in Solaris's final attack.

Justice Legion of Lallor (DC ONE MILLION #4)
A hero team from the planet of Lallor a Earth like world that was a member of the United Planets and had it's own health hero population. When Solaris attacked Earth they responded to the distress call and got caught in a teleporter storm that transformed them into the Jigsaw Justice Union of New Lallor.

Justice Legion of Zoomorphs (DC ONE MILLION #4)
A Justice Legion formed from the sentient pets and allies of other heroes. They include Proty One Million and a reformed Master Mind. Among there unnamed members is a super-horse wearing the S-Shield.

Justice Legion Wanna-Bees (LOBO #1M)
A team of heroes that aspire to be major league heroes like those in Justice Legion A. Unfortunately they are not very good and did fair well in an encounter with Lobo. Members include Wanda Woman, Kaptain karate, Clayman, Greased Lighting and V. MART.

Kaptain karate (LOBO #1M)
A member of JLWB. A martial artist who is hindered because his head band acts as a blind fold.

Killer Croc M* (CATWOMAN M*)
One of the prisoners on Pluto that tries to catch a lift with Catwoman M* when Batman Prime let her escape in a Batshuttle in reward for her services in getting him into the Batcave Tesseract.

Krypto-9 (DC ONE MILLION 80-PAGE GIANT #1M)
Leader of the Legion of Executive Familiars. He is descended from the original Kryptonian Krypto whose remains was cloned in the 251st century. He has the ability to multiply his native strength up the power of nine.

Lancelot Grail, The Cosmic Knight (JLA #1M)
Last wearer of armour original designed and created by Steel III

Lane M*, Lois (DC ONE MILLION #4)
Recreated by Superman Prime and the Superman of the Fifth Dimension from DNA of the twentieth century. She was reincarnated to be with her husband in his golden age.

Laughing Virus (DC ONE MILLION 80-PAGE GIANT #1M)
The ghost of Batman Prime's greatest foe who was murdered in the 21st century. Blaming Batman for not stopping his death he resolved to haunt the Batman Dynasty, since then he has possessed both men and machines to create havoc and murder across the aeons. He was responsible for the chaos that led to the massacre that created Batman M*.

Laughter (BATMAN M*)
A future version of the Joker.

Lead M* (CHASE #1M)
One of the members of a 853rd century DEO strike team.

Legion of Excutive Familiars (DC ONE MILLION 80-PAGE GIANT #1M)
The ruling council of the Legions of Super-Familiars. The history of the Legion dates to the times of the original Super-pets (Comet, Streaky, Beppo and Krypto) who disappeared from Earth only to reappear in the 45th century. Krypto's genetic legacy was then resurrected during the 251st century and when Solaris was reprogrammed he granted telepathy on all animals opening the way for meta-powered animals to fight alongside humans as equals. This facilitated the creation of the Legions of Super-Familiars and their ruling council the Legion of Executive Familiars. During is height the Legion comprised Krypto-9 (the leader), Octus, Wormhole, Furball and Googal. The headquarters is the Lair located on the asteroid Peaceable Kingdom.

L.O.I.S. (CHRONOS #1M)
A computer that watches over the Metropolis Tesseract and helps Superman M*.

Luthor Luthor (ACTION COMICS #1)
853rd century descendant of the Luthor Dynasty. He was Chairman of the Terran Super Challenge Committee and a close confidant of Mayor Olsen. He is a skilled inventor with little of the malice of his 20th century ancestor.

Lyden, Sandoval Lucas Castro Van (CHASE #1M)
An illegal Icon dealer who accidentally killed himself when using an Ambush Bug teleport icon to escape from an DEO team.

Lzyxm Ltpkz (DC ONE MILLION #4)
Superman of the Fifth Dimension. He helped Superman Prime to recreate Lois M*.

Mach Turtle (GREEN LANTERN #1M)
A solid light construct designed to match the powers and abilities of twentieth century Green Lantern Kyle Rayner. Rayner's challenge was to have races the Mach-Turtle was it was cut short by the sabotage of Solaris.

Mahol Toj (ACTION COMICS #1)
Leader of the 17th Thanagarian Fusiliers privately attached to Lexcorp Interplanetary. He is a skilled Wingman and venerates the name of Katar Hol the legendary 20th century Hawkman. When Solaris dubbed the population of the Metropolis Tesseract into believing Superman was evil he was able to convince Toj of his innocence. Toj then became one of Superman's few allies in his efforts to battle Solaris.

Meta-Clay (BATMAN #1M)
A meta-criminal imprisoned on Pluto under Batman M*'s watch. Comprised of a clay like substance it is able to bond with and manipulate mud and rock.

Metallo M* (DC ONE MILLION 80-PAGE GIANT #1M)
Possibly the original still threatening civilisation.

Millionex
A future version of Dubbilex who with the help of Superboy M* was able to use the Guardian to peer back into the past to search for Justice Legion A.

Member of the Justice Legion of Zoo-morphs.

M'onelves (LEGIONNAIRES #1M)
In the United Planets cluster the worlds of Daxam (home to a race of Kryptonian like people) and Imsk (home to a race of people with the ability to shrink to subatomic sizes) joined to create the M'onelves a swarm of tiny superhuman heroes. They are members of the Justice Legion L.

Morbiac the Zombie Star (DC ONE MILLION #4)
The only known case of a malfunctioning solar computer other that Solaris. Currently entombed in the Black Cluster by the Gulf Latitude Hero Clans.

Negative Gorilla-Queen (ACTION COMICS #1)
A would be icon wearing hero. Now were just getting silly.

New Centurions (JLA #1M)
A superhero team mentioned in passing. Steelman is known to be a member.

Nightwing M* (ADVENTURES OF SUPERMAN #1M)
A humanoid bat like metahuman he seems to have super strength and sonar like abilities. A member of JLB he was caught with the rest of the team in a never ending time loop by Vandal Savage.

Octus (DC ONE MILLION 80-PAGE GIANT #1M)
An eight-dimensional cephalopod from the depths of Neptune. His powers and abilities are little understood by people from this universe but he has proven himself as a member of the Legion of Executive Familiars.

Olsen, Jarada (SUPERMAN #1M)
Mayor of the Metropolis Tesseract in the 853rd century.

Overforce and Overpatrol (HITMAN #1M)
Two rival teams of typically disturbing Icon wears endemic to the 853rd century until the time displaced Hitman slaughtered them for the sake of the Universe.

OWAC (DC ONE MILLION 80-PAGE GIANT #1M)
Lori Lombard-Thurol was a fellow student at Metropolis Multiversity and believed herself to be Superman M*'s destined love until Heartiac arrived on the scene. She then dedicated her life to Superman's destruction and became leader of the Superman M* Revenge Squad.

Pancosmic Justice Jihad (SUPERMAN THE MAN OF TOMORROW #1M)
A team of superheroes set up by Solaris in his manipulation of xenophobia in the general populace. He was successful and for a time it even had a Superman as a member. Other members included Doc Matter, Singularity VII, Void, Heaven and Hell and a Starman.

Parasite M* (DC ONE MILLION 80-PAGE GIANT #1M)
A enemy of Superman M*, he was recently returned to Pluto after escaping and attacking the Colour Libraries of Alcyone.

Pico-Moth (DC ONE MILLION 80-PAGE GIANT #1M)
Batman M* villain and a member of the Batman M* Revenge Squad.

Pilot (AQUAMAN #1M)
A sentient protocol construct in the shape of a fish designed to be Aquaman Prime's link to Headnet and guide during his Challenge.

Primate Legion (DC ONE MILLION 80-PAGE GIANT #1M)
The defenders of the Gorilla Galaxy. Led by Titano M* they are the descendants of the inhabitants of Gorilla City in the 20th century. Other members include Sea-Ape and Detective Chimp.

Proty One Million (DC ONE MILLION #4)
Seemingly the leader of the Justice Legion of Zoo-morphs.

Riddle City (BATMAN #1M)
A large sentient three dimensional jigsaw comprised of indestructible pieces. It took Batman M* six months to dismantle it and scatter the pieces throughout Pluto.

Robin M*, The Toy Wonder (BATMAN #1M, ROBIN #1M)

Sea Ape (DC ONE MILLION 80-PAGE GIANT #1M)
Aquatic member of the Primate Legion. He can command all sea-life and is known as the Monkey Mariner.

Scourge (CHRONOS #1M)
Ruler of Warworld in the 11th millennium. He was eventually caught in a time loop by Chronos II using booby trapped copies of John Fox's Time Gauntlets.

Sergeant Singularity (ACTION COMICS #1)
A would be icon wearing hero.

Shining Prince (DC ONE MILLION #4)
One of the heroes killed by Solaris in his final attack on Earth.

Singularity IV (SUPERMAN THE MAN OF TOMORROW #1M)
One of the allies of the 505th century Superman who reprogrammed Solaris.

Singularity VII (SUPERMAN THE MAN OF TOMORROW #1M)
Member of the Pancosmic Justice Jihad.

Skull
Traditional name for the leader of the 853rd century DEO. He/she wears a skull like mask, hence the name.

Snare M* (CHASE #1M)
A member of the 853rd century DEO strike team. It is her responsibility to capture the target.

Solaris Sundogs (DC ONE MILLION 80-PAGE GIANT #1M)
Phaeton and Savitar two dragon like creatures born from Solaris' nuclear furnace they are members of the Legion of Executive Familiars.

Solovar III (DC ONE MILLION 80-PAGE GIANT #1M)
Leader of Gorilla City during the 22nd century, he led the Ape Migrations from Earth to the Gorilla Galaxy.

Steel VII (JLA #1M)
One of the future bears of the Steel armour created by Steel III.

Steelman (JLA #1M)
One of the future bears of the Steel armour created by Steel III.

Superboy M* (YOUNG JUSTICE #1M, SUPERBOY #1M)
The one millionth clone of the original Superboy. A member of Young Justice Legion S and Justice Legion S operations from the future Cadmus Project. He is able to call upon the powers and abilities of his million brothers via his virtual third eye. He was assigned the job of tracking down the 20th century JLAers when the Justice Legion A was trapped in the deep past and inadvertently found Jim Harper. The original clone of the Guardian cryogenically frozen in the Arctic.

Superboy of the 843rd century (LEGIONNAIRES #1M)
Cris Kend is the Superboy of the 843rd century, one thousand years before the events of DC One Million. He once held the Earth together using only his tactile telekinesis. He was brought to 85,271 AD by Brainiac 417 to aid the JLL against the unknown threat in Legionnaires.

Superboy 820 (SUPERBOY #1M)
A clone of the original Superboy and a member of Justice Legion S. He is genetically modified to operate underwater.

Superboy 3541 (SUPERBOY #1M)
A giant sized clone of the original Superboy and a member of Justice Legion S.

Superboys (SUPERBOY #1M)
Unidentified Superboy clones include an armoured Superboy, an alien like Superboy and a metallic skinned Superboy. All members of Justice Legion S.

Supergirl M* (SUPERGIRL #1M)
A young girl on a skateboard.

Superman Squad (DC 1M #1)
A team comprised of various members of the Superman Dynasty from different points in history. They have banded together to protect space-time from events that would effect the timestream. Members include Superman M*.

Superman M* Revenge Squad (DC ONE MILLION 80-PAGE GIANT #1M)
A group of villains dedicated to the destruction of Superman M*.

Super-Mite (DC ONE MILLION 80-PAGE GIANT #1M)
A Fifth-Dimensional Imp who worships Superman M* and uses his vast powers to create new situations for Superman to overcome for his enjoyment. Could well be a future Mxyzptlk.

Superwoman M* (DC ONE MILLION 80-PAGE GIANT #1M)
Wonder Woman M*'s counterpart from the anti-matter universe of Qward. A member of the villainous Super-Syndicate.

Tempest M* (AQUAMAN #1M)
Chief aid to Aquaman M*, her weather manipulation powers allow her to monitor and control Neptune's macro-climate.

Thanagarian Wingmen (SUPERMAN #1M)
In the 853rd century the planet Thanagar hire out their military to the highest bidder. Users of the service include Lexcorp Interplanetary which uses the Wingmen as a paramilitary police force. The 17th Thanagarian Fusiliers privately attached to Lexcorp Interplanetary are led by Mahol Toj.

Titangirl (LEGIONNAIRES #1M)
A powerful telepath from the planet Titan. On Titan all of the naturally telepathic population reside in a linked telepathic construct paradise where they all "live" leaving their bodies to be cared in what has essentially become a planet wide nursing home. Titangirl has the ability to link with the planet's group mind giving her enormous telepathic abilities. She is a member of Justice Legion L.

Titano M* (DC ONE MILLION 80-PAGE GIANT #1M)
Chairman of the Gorilla Galaxy's Primate Legion. He is a direct descendant of Solovar III. He is a counterpart to Superman M* with the same powers and abilities.

Wildflame (LEGIONNAIRES #1M)
Formally Wildfire of the Legion of Superheroes, serving through the ages he became the guardian of the Legion legacy and eventually metamorphosing into the Wildflame. The ceremonial flame of the Legion.

Young Justice Legion S
A team comprising of Robin M*, Superboy M* and Impulse M*. They discovered a pod that claimed to contained one of the original members of Young Justice. They did not find out who because they accidentally reduced him/her to dust and decided to keep quite about it.
