- DC has released details of the next three issue arc of JLA: "As the Leaguers struggle to adjust to the changes caused by kicking out a core member of the team (in August`s JLA #46), mysterious forces conspire to incapacitate them for good. Leaving the world of science to compete in a dark realm of sorcery, the JLA must face the immortal Queen of Fables - the shrewish empress of the imagination who gave the Brothers Grimm their nightmares." This will be the first issue that features the new art team of Hitch and Neary. Mark Waid commented at Newsarama that Wonder Woman will get a little more "camera" time. [12/6/2000]
- JLA/Predator is a crossover between DC and Darkhorse and is written by John Ostander with art by Graham Nolan. The Predators have had enough of having their butts kicked each time they come to Earth and decided to team up with the Dominators from the DC Universe. They double cross the Dominators, who then flee to Earth, so bringing the JLA into the story. Both Superman and Batman have had there own crossovers with the Darkhorse aliens and references to those events are expected. [11/5/2000]
- Aquaman will end with issue 75. Low sales are sited as the reason, the book was relaunced with issue 50 written Eric Larsen, however the quality significantly dropped and the book began loosing readers. Dan Jurgens was brought in recently to save the book and has produced work equal to the legendary run on Peter David's however the damage was done and the book has been pulled. [11/5/2000]
- The return of Hawkman that had been planned as a JLA/JSA crossover will instead be an internal JSA storyline. The storyline should start around JSA #21 and the returned Hawkman will be a member of the JSA. [10/5/2000]
- The Ring of Fire skip week middle chapters will be: Green Lantern/Kyle Rayner, Green Lantern/Atom, Green Lantern/Firestorm, Green Lantern/Power Girl, Green Lantern/Adam Strange. [10/5/2000]
- JLA Age of Wonder is described by new DC writer Adi Tantimedh as a steampunk Elseworlds - "Superman forms the League of Science, a team of idealistic scientists around him to help create an Age of Wonder. Amongst them are the 19th Century versions of Starman, the Flash and Green Lantern. However, the technological advance is so fast as to speed out of control, and the world takes a dark turn, leading up to a more apocalyptic First World War in 1912, one fought with nuclear bombs. Uncovering a conspiracy by Lex Luthor to exploit the new Age of Chaos, the heroes join forces with a Steampunk Batman, Atom and a war-refugee Wonder Woman to end the war and save the world, leading to the eventual formation of the Justice League." The creative team is Tantimedh writer, P. Craig Russell layouts and Galen Showman for finished pencils. Expect the book to ship later 2000/ early 2001 [10/5/2000]
- Jarry Ordway will be supplying the pencils for the JLA issue of the DC's Just Imagine Stan Less series. The project sees the Marvel legend working for DC for the first time on a series of twelve issues where he recreates the DC icons in his own image. [10/5/2000]
- Wonder Woman merchandise. Expect a Wonder Woman: The Complete History to appear later this year to go alongside the Superman and Batman editions. Also expect the Golden Age Wonder Woman, Starman, Flash and Green Lantern to show up as action figures soon. [10/4/2000]
- Bryan Hitch, the replacement artist for Howard Porter on JLA, told Comics Continuum about HEAVAN'S GATE a tabloid sized oneshot that he's going with Mark Waid. See Clippings [10/4/2000]
- Comic Shop News reported that Dan Brereton had filled them in on a JLA oneshot he's doing for this summer called JLA: Seven Caskets. CSN quotes him saying, "Seven Caskets deals with the resurrection of seven undead, inhuman warrior-kings from a bygone Age who seek to corral and control an elder chaos force awakening deep within the Earth. As elder spirits and forces are unleashed upon the world, the JLA find themselves powerless against these lords of misrule." The work will be inspired by Lovecraft and the 60's JLA series. [3/4/2000]
- A sequal to last years JSA: Liberty Files (an Elseworlds story featuring Batman and the JSA) could be in the works after writer/artist Tony Harris hinted to Newsarama that they have enough material for a logical sequal. [3/4/2000]
- STARS AND STRIPE is no more. The series that tied in with the new JSA series is cancelled with issue #14. Reasons of low sales were cited. Writer Geoff Johnes gave thanks to DC for continuing the series as long as possible and stated that some storylines will be resolved within the regular JSA series. [3/4/2000]
- Reported at Toymania KB Toys had released another wave of action figures in their JLA line in Asia. Expect them so make appearances in other locations later in the year. This fourth line up is features Superman, Batman, Atom, Wonder Woman and the Red Tornado. [30/3/2000]
- JLA #41 is late shipping. Its revisted release date is now 5th of April. [30/3/2000]
- JLA Cover Price: In a correction to previously reported figures June's JLA have a rise in cover price to $2.25 rather than $2.50. [28/3/2000]

- Cover Prices: A number of DC titles are jumping in prices including JLA which goes from $1.99 to $2.50. [28/3/2000]
- August's Fifth Week Event: Green Lantern - Ring of Fire coordinated by Vaughan sees the introduction of six new Green Lanterns and spot lights featureing Power Girl, Adam Strange, Firestorm and the Atom. [28/3/2000]
