Welcome and Hello There! I assume you're here because you're interested in quilting....Great! I am too--have been since the late 80's. Although my mother quilted, and my grandmother before her, I wasn't interested in their method of quilting, all those little pieces! It wasn't until I saw the strip piecing method that I became excited about quilting.

I enjoy doing regular quilts, as well as wall hangings and a few wearables. I must admit, however, that my hands have trouble keeping up with all the ideas I see and want to do!

As much as I love sewing quilts, I love designing them even more. Since I realized how valuable the computer could be in this process, I have really enjoyed planning and designing quilts because I can get an idea of the finished project by viewing it on my screen. In case you're wondering, I use Xara Xtreme, simply the best graphics program in the whole universe. I do not use a quilting program because most limit my designs.

I'm starting to collect quilting links. Eventually I hope to put up a gallery of some of the quilts I've designed or made. You're welcome to take a look around.
