Unsung Heroes...

They awake in the middle of the night, Leaving safety and comfort rushing to an unknown situation. They are angels without faces at times, Guardian angels at the end of the line At the top of the ladder

Breathing life into those grasping to hold on. They are someone's mother, father, child, brother, sister...friend. They are ordinary people during extra-ordinary things. But in the end, they are still human... Susceptible to the harm and danger their duty presents.

Even face- to-face with fear or pain, these heroes risk their lives at times, to save those they do not know. They do the job they have all been chosen to accomplish. All that is asked of us is that a little prayer be said for these silent angels.

We pray that their judgements are guided and actions protected. But most of all we pray they return to the safety and comfort they awoke from.

Those Unsung heroes...
