Josh was born in Houston, Texas, in 1975 (yeah, he's a baby still). In
1980, he moved to the most beautiful place in the world, Wimberley, Texas, where he went from
kindergarten to graduation in the same school system of the small town. When
he was 7 years old, he first sat behind a TRS-80, the top of the line home
computer at the time, and "found his destiny". From then, he's seen the
rapid development of DOS, the rise of the Commodore 64, the popularity of
macintosh, Windows 3.1, and finally, the internet.
After high school, he wanted to get out of the small town, so he joined
the Navy as a cryptologist, where he is still using his computer skills.
When he's not behind his computer, he loves to get outside (staring at a
monitor all day will do that to you.) Being in the navy, he's circled the
globe twice, living in San Diego, Florida, Germany, and now Denver, where he
may hang his hat, unless he goes back to beautiful Texas.
Josh began with Geocities in Janurary 1998, became a Community Leader in
July 1998, and is currently an Asst-Co. Liaison in the Tropics. He loves
helping people with their page problems, and is fluent in HTML, Java, Perl,
CGI, and other HTML formats. He is also working on Microsoft System Engineer
Certification, and has double majors in Computer Science and Mathematics.
