Recently, Esther's Father Peter past achievements were loaded on the ROC National Library, here on the internet. When Peter was a teenager, he wrote a best selling novel. He later became a successful television producer. He also wrote poetry that garnished him more honors and awards. You can see him and his work at:

The following were taken at Empire Mine, in Grass Valley, California last summer...
Incidently 140 years ago, the population of Grass Valley was bigger than the population of Los Angeles. This is gold mining country. If you are in the area I can recommend two tours worth the trip. The empire mine, and the 16 to 1 gold mine. The 16:1 is located in Alleghany, CA, about 1 hour from Grass Valley. Shareholders get to tour the mine once a year at no charge. This is definitely a must see!
