| Welcome to the California Wilderness. California is a
truly amazing place with a great diversity of landscapes, climates and
people. There is the starkness of Death Valley in the south of the state
and the majestic grandeur of Yosemite in the north as well as a multitude
of places all along the state. Equally impressive is the variety of plant
and animal life throughout the state from the gigantic redwoods to the
hummingbirds and butterflies. This page will try to show a few glimpses
of that diversity and beauty. |
