This is the island of Gagan here in Kwajalein Atoll.  I work here on occasion, and this past weekend had one of the most wonderful times since moving out here to the Marshall Islands.  It was a pretty standard drill.  Take a Huey up (about 30 miles), get dropped off, go to work, and fly back the next morning.  This was a good day.

This camera is called a BC-4.  It captures an image on a 7x7 piece of glass.  I control the high-speed shutter and capping shutter through the use of a PC.  Below is the dome where the BC-4 is used, this is my office.  Doesn't everyone hang their bathing suit on the office door to dry after doing some lunch time lobster hunting?
It turned out to be a beautiful day to shoot stars, and we were all excited about the upcoming sunset grill.  I went with a pair of fillets with garlic sliced as thin paper!
