The Road Hazard Guide

Scott is my chase partner. Over the years it seems that if there is something which can damage the chasemobile,
Scott can find it, sometimes with bizarre results. When we first started chasing together Scott had a Buick which
had seen better days. One night we chased a tornadic cell near Russelville. After pulling off the freeway to
clean the windshield (Scott had no working defroster) one tire was punctured by a bungee cord (seen on the cover
in the illustration).
Yes, I kid you not, a bungee cord.
Scott also lost a hubcap in the affair. We changed the tire in a liquor store parking lot - the bungee cord was never seen again.
There are other entertaining episodes I'm sure, but you'll have to ask him about those. I'll make up a few fictitious
episodes for entertainment purposes and you'll see more of The Road Hazard Guide before this is over
with.
