How Noni Works - Alkaloid Xeronine
     Dr. Ralph Heinicke pioneered the study of the alkaloid Xeronine, which is abundant in the noni fruit. The recommended dosage is one tablespoon(1/2 oz.) 30 minutes before breakfast and the another tablespoon 30 minutes before dinner. The idea here is to take it on an empty stomach. Me, I take two tablespoons(1 oz) first thing in the morning, 30 minutes before anything, because at night, there might still be some undigested food in the system. You can mix it with water, or with any fruit juice - fruit juice means those that do not have sugar in it. I want to be sure that Noni juice goes straight from the stomach to the intestines, so I get the most out of it.
