Is There Life In Retirement

As you've notice by my main page I just turned 44
years old many of you say that's a young age to
retire and rightfully so I've always said if anyone
could live to see there retirement my hats off to
them it could have only taken three operations to do
it having four disks removed and a badly broken right
ankle
I haven't complained much these past six and
a half years only missing the job made every day a
little harder to get up from bed and start the
day,see what keeps any body going half the times are
memories mine unlike most men is my job you've could
have pick any job I've had in my life whether it was
the police department which let me say those three
and a hafe years on the job gave me enough experiance
to last a life time or the smallest of jobs like
working for Wells Fargo Armoried services now that
was a job you couldn't even trust a preist walking by
you or anyone while you were transporting money
to and from banks that job made my life a living
hell carring two hand guns plus a shot gun and a
heavy duty bullet poof jacket I started drinking alot
I then put two and two together and told my self what
kind of future did I want for my self
I was happy
when I applied for Liberty Lines Transit I was called
for an interview and had good fortune would have it
they hired me on my birthday back in 1982 there was
two months of training it wasn't easy but I pulled
through I did pretty good year after year winning
safe driving awards In 1985 my first operation took
place removing two disks my health started going down
hill afterwards in 1990 a second operation removed
two more disks I couldn't have asked for any more
problems,then on August 1991 my big brake came in
life when I broke my right ankle in a crack on
a manhattan street my poor driving foot what more bad luck could have falling on me my back combinded with the lose of my driving ankle caused my early retirement from work
I thank God I found my self in the Dominican Republic with a friend where I met my future wife we courted ten months and were married on November 12th.1993 we lived in Santiago the second
largest city on the Island where our first daughter
Emily was born on July 14th.1995 we all moved to Fort
Lauderdale,Florida in early 1996 were on Febuary
12th.1997 Kimberly was born in Plantation hospital we
then moved from Broward county to West Palm Beach
where I live thinking of work every day and thanking
God for
Social Security.
GREAT NEW'S Nicole Marie was born healthy 6 pounds 4 ozs on mothers day May 13th. 2001 "WoW" (No More)
