Single (1) $69.00 - Double (2) $75.00 - Triple (3) $85.00 Each additional person (over a triple) $15.00


*Discounts*
Discounts are available for extended stays. Please inquire to see if you qualify.


*Sales Tax*
Sales Tax is not included in the room rates. The local sales Tax is 5.5% Plus a 4% bed tax.


*Smoking Policy*
ALL Rooms are NON-Smoking. Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere inside the building. Smoking is permitted outside on the covered deck.


*Confirmation Policy*
To Guarantee a reservation, a valid Creditcard number must be given. One Nights rate will be charged for depost to hold reservation.


*Cancellation Policy*
Any Cancellation or Change of a Confirmed reservation results in a minimun $25.00 Charge.

*With Notice of less than 9 days and more than 5 days there will be a $35.00 Charge.

*With Notice of less than 5 days and more than 2 days there will be a $45.00 Charge.

*With Notice of less than two(2) days [48 hours] you will be charged the full night's rate.

* During Conferences or Special Events there are Minimum stay restrictions to which Special Cancellation Fee's Apply.

[1] Minimum 2 nights stay
[2] 48 hours notice of cancellation/change or 2 a nights Reservation Fee will be charged.


* Weekly Rentals * if you cancel a weekly rental with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged a minimum 2 nights fee.
