Crooked River Light located in Carrabelle, Florida is an 103 foot tall skeleton tower. It is on the mainland behind Dog Island. The light was built after the lighthouse on Dog Island was destroyed by a storm in 1873.
Cape San Blas Light located in Apalachicola Florida is a 98 foot tall skeleton tower. It is located on Government property at the southern tip of Cape San Blas. The lighthouse was discontinued as an active aid to navigation on January 18, 1996 as as cost cutting measure.
