The Isola di San Giorgio Maggiore. The Cathedral of San Giorgio Maggiore is the cathedral. It was designed by the renowned renassaince architect Andrea Palladio.
Santa Maria degli Sulute. This church was built in honour of Mary after one of the plagues passed lightly over the city.
