A Bit About Me

Some people have asked how I got the name Granny....Well, the long story made short is that I'm a teacher of elementary students. It seems when they want something quickly, they seem to do the "rollcall of names"! You know that listing: mom, grandma, auntie, granny, etc. When they come to granny, I usually stop them and say something to the affect, "Granny! And you know what granny does to her kids??? They kiss and hug them!" Which I then proceed to do! (Then followed by giggles) It STUCK! When the kids need a bit more TLC in my class, they then intentionally call me GRANNY!
