The 456 GT is a 2+2 coupé, the fruit of an original design with a front engine and rear gearbox-differential assembly layout. Particular attention was paid to aerodynamics to ensure maximum efficiency in all conditions. Since summer 1996 is available the version with automatic transmission, the 456 GTA.
