Celes Chere: Rune Knight
Celes is a former Imperial General who sympathizes with the resistance. She does not join the group until later. When she gets caught and put in prison Locke will rescued her, and from then on she will be part of the group. Celes knows magic from the beginning as well as Terra, but her knowledge was put into her artificially.
